World Cup Betting Tips Today: Predictions & Best Bets for June 13th

Day three at the 2026 World Cup has a quartet of fixtures to tuck into, as we welcome a South American nation to the stage for the first time. How will Scotland fare against Haiti? Can Qatar keep the Swiss quiet? Will the Socceroos sink Turkiye?

Our World Cup tipster Nathan Joyes has shared his analysis on all four matches as well as provided his best World Cup tips.

So, how will the co-hosts get on? Let's find out.

Haiti vs Scotland

Scotland arrive at their first World Cup in 28 years and with Morocco and Brazil waiting in the next two rounds, Steve Clarke will know his side must beat Haiti if they are to progress.

That may have sounded easy when first drawn but Haiti have shown that they will be no pushovers with a 4-0 win against New Zealand as they prepared for this clash. However, a 2-1 defeat against Peru followed, perhaps emphasising how poor the Kiwis are more than anything.

But Haiti will get their chances. They scored three against Costa Rica in qualifying with a well worked team goal and overhead kick, and Scotland will need to wise to them. Now isn't the time for nerves for the Scots.

Scotland, however, will know not only a win is important but winning well. Goal difference could be crucial when it comes to the final spots for the knockout stages. With that in mind, the goals might just flow in this intriguing encounter.

Therefore, I've landed on over 2.5 goals at 9/10 with BetMGM.

Australia vs Turkiye

Turkiye are second favourites to win Group B behind the US and if they are to live up to expectations they must beat the complete outsiders, Australia.

Two narrow wins over Romania and Kosovo in high pressure matches saw Turkiye return to the World Cup stage after finishing behind Spain in qualifying. Wins over North Macedonia and Venezuela have followed, who arrive fully prepared and with a full strength squad.

Australia may have hammered Curacao but fell short against Mexico before drawing 1-1 with Switzerland in a rather relaxed encounter.

Previous defeats against USA, Venezuela and Colombia in a row in late 2025 (all under 3.5 match goals) were potentially more informative. The Socceroos struggle to create and their qualifying campaign was far weaker than what Turkiye have endured.

It may not be a classic, but Turkiye have the edge when it comes to quality in the final third and a single goal might be good enough to start their World Cup with an important win.

My main tip is Turkiye to win and under 3.5 at 13/10 with BetMGM.

Brazil vs Morocco

Optimism is always really high when it comes to Brazil at a World Cup but those that have watched them closely will know this isn't a squad at their best.

Brazil head into their opening match at the World Cup with plenty of question marks. No clean sheet in five, ageing full-backs and a two-man midfield that Carlo Ancelotti cannot move away from.

But at the other end of the pitch, Brazil are stacked with talent. Vinicius Junior, Raphinha, Igor Thiago and Endrick, to name a few. Goals shouldn't be an issue - it's keeping the ball out of the net at the other end which will make or break their tournament.

Morocco arrive without Abde Ezzalzouli, who has been in fine form for Real Betis over the last 12 months. It's a cruel blow, but their high-press and no fear approach will see them take the game to Brazil when the time is right.

Morocco must win this match to top Group C, while Brazil will be feeling the pressure to start strong. It's a tough one to call, but both defences can be breached here.

My main tip is BTTS Yes at 1/1 with BetMGM.

Qatar vs Switzerland

Switzerland are favourites to win the group while Qatar are expected to limp out of the World Cup, which is why the European outfit are as short as 2/9. However short, it's hard to argue with those odds when we look at the gulf in quality between the two nations.

Qatar were shown up four years ago in their own back yard, and arguably head into this World Cup with a squad that isn't any better. Key players have aged and are coming towards the end of their career, and even North Korea conceded less during the qualifiers.

Switzerland look solid and they will want to build up a healthy goal difference in their opening match. If Qatar try to go toe-to-toe with Switzerland, which they can be guilty of, there's only going to be one winner.

As with many opening matches, the score might not get out of hand but the Swiss should win this with minimal fuss.

My main tip is Switzerland to win to nil at 7/10 with BetMGM.
