I have been a keen punter ever since I was old enough to bet, and my introduction to working in the business came in 2016 when I was employed by an influencer marketing company. We helped launch various new betting brands, and drove new users via a myriad of social channels.
In 2019, I joined an iGaming company and began creating content about online betting in the UK and North America. Starting out as a website manager, I was promoted to team leader and spearheaded a large team of writers across more than a dozen markets.
I studied sports journalism at university, and during that time I was a regular contributor to Watford FC’s matchday programmes. I was also the editor of a Liverpool FC blog, and created a YouTube channel in which I discussed the club’s games and news, and vlogged the games I went to. That channel amassed over a million views.
These days I am a freelance writer and tipster, combining my sports writing background with my eye for value bets.
Although I freelance for several websites, betting takes up the bulk of my time. I’m fortunate that it’s my number one hobby and I am able to profit through it.
