There can be more than one team or player who is favourite to win a competition - this is then called a joint favourite.
This type of betting term is used in sports like horse racing and outright tournament betting in football, darts, tennis and golf.
It is unlikely that you will get joint favourites in a regular match with Team A taking on Team B as there will more often than not be one of them who is classed as the favourite.
Joint Favourites occur when two selections are seen as likely to win as the other one.
