National Hunt is a horse racing meeting with jumps and fences dotted around the course.

Whereas the flat racing sees horses run without obstacles, the National Hunt season will have jumps staggered across the course.

For example, the Grand National is a National Hunt meeting, with famous jumps like the Chair and Becher's Brook on the Aintree course.
