This is another self-explanatory sports betting term, it means that the odds on a game or event have been temporarily suspended.

Some betting odds will be suspended when something crucial is happening in the game you are betting on. Normally, a goal has been scored a red card, so the market will be suspended while the bookmakers alter their in-play odds.
