Following on from our two Saturday winners, I have one very strong betting tip at Hereford to kick off this week’s racing action.
The race in question is a Novices’ Hurdle where we have a rather nice lineup. My pick here has already shaped up with plenty of promise, winning his only Bumper earlier this year, and making a very respectable effort on his Hurdles debut last month. He is sure to improve on his second attempt, and it looks like now is the perfect time to catch him.
It’s just the one selection for Wednesday, but we have a busy week ahead with the Cheltenham December meeting starting on Friday and I have a whole host of selections lined up already. For now though, let’s keep the winning record going with a Wednesday banker.
Coral has you all set up with a generous sign up deal. Bet £5, and you’ll get £20 in free bets. A fantastic pick for a midweek punt!
My sole selection for Wednesday lines up in the 2m 4f Novices’ Hurdle and there’s certainly a few in here with potential. Fortunate Fella runs for Paul Nicholls and he makes an intriguing prospect. Although he was beaten in three Point-to-Point starts, the form has worked out nicely enough, and he is sure to improve as he gets some Rules experience under his belt.
Sayva is sure to be very popular, having won two of his four starts to date and he probably is the one that sets the highest standard. He appeared to need his first start of the season, but travelled like a good horse to win over Hurdles at the end of October, and could easily improve again.
However, my selection for this race is Emma Lavelle’s
The Long Point. He won his two-mile Bumper in good style, then went straight onto his Hurdles debut. He did look a little bit awkward, but
it was only his second race under Rules, and I think that the experience from that race will bode really well for him here. It’s clear that The Long Point has plenty of talent and I am expecting big things from him on his second attempt over obstacles.
