I know it’s all about Cheltenham now, but I think I have two more winners for you before we get into the Festival action next week. It’s a decent day of racing at Sandown tomorrow and I think the ground there will play a big part in their chances. Watch these two carefully, even though they’re not Cheltenham-bound, it could be a whole new story next year, so be sure to add them to your Trackers.
On that note, I have loads of Cheltenham content here on betting.co.uk already, and still more to come, so don’t forget to check it all out over the weekend.

My first selection for Saturday comes in the 2m Juvenile Hurdle and it’s a very competitive race indeed, with just eight runners. Valadom is in here for Harry Fry, and he is a lovely horse to go forward with. He was beaten on his debut by Salver (who now goes for the Triumph Hurdle) but Valadom has since won two more, and in good style. I really liked his gritty attitude in all three starts, but I think there is one he may find too good here.
Through The Aces runs for Gary Moore, and he is another lovely Juvenile, but on this ground, I have concerns about him, despite Harry Cobden being jocked up. So, the one I’m going for here is Kartoon And Co for the Skeltons, who has a lovely speed figure and will relish this soft ground too. I think he is the one that will see out the race best at the finish.
The majority of those at the top of the market will probably travel OK for the majority of the race, but it’s when they turn for home that we’ll see Kartoon And Co produce the goods, and he will take a lot of stopping.
This Novice Handicap Chase, run over 2m 4f is yet another fascinating race. Golden Son, who is running for Nicholls team, was pretty impressive last time out, but he’ll find he has a lot more on his plate off top weight.
Terresita will appreciate the ground, as will Scarface, but the one to beat here is Gary Moore’s Kotmask. He is a fantastic horse with ability in spades. His jumping has improved no end, and the ground is right up his street. The Gary Moore team are in fine form right now and this is a horse going the right way and absolutely thriving.
