Best New Slot Releases: October 7th, 2026

It’s a new week and a brand spanking new month. October means that, among all of the new online slots released, we can expect things to get a little spookier with each passing week as we head towards Halloween.

But will October this year be serving us a trick or a treat? I’ve taken a good hard look at three of the hottest slot releases this week which you can play at the best UK online casinos if you’re brave enough.

Forever Split Megaways

The rest of forever is a long time to wait when you can’t die. Caught between a state of life and death, vampires are undead but can still, according to Pragmatic Play, fall in love. Perhaps, though, “till death do us part” means a little bit more.

This leads us to Forever Split Megaways, an online slot that delves into vampire love. Here, our vampire valentines are given the Megaways treatment. The grid has six reels with two horizontal spinning rows, one up above and the other below.

On reel one, you can find as many as five symbols, while the sixth reel can have up to six. In the middle four reels, there can be seven. The whole system makes a possible 72,030 ways to win. The symbols you are looking for are jack through ace, a finger with a ring on it, a watch, a necklace, a lady and a bearded man with lipstick kisses.

This game is without wilds but does have tumbles that remove spent symbols and replace them with newcomers to make more possible wins. Settlement Multiplier features, free spins, scatter symbols, ante bets and feature buy-ins are also in play.

Forever Split Megaways has an RTP of 96.58%, medium volatility and a maximum win of 10,000 X your bet.

Gator Hunters 2

One of this week’s most exciting and eagerly anticipated games is the follow up to last year’s roaring – or snapping - success from Nolimit City. Now, the same unlimited creative guys and gals are back with Gator Hunters 2, a new video slot that goes a little harder than the last one.

With extra features, boosted winning potential and enhanced mechanics, the sequel still takes place in the bayou and has the same look and feel to it. A Gatornado has turned the camp and our trailer into a bit of a mess. It has also left Dale lying face down in the mud with his pants pulled down. Time, then, for someone to stick a lit firework between his exposed cheeks.

Our swampy setting features a six reel, five row grid with high volatility and an RTP of 96%. The four higher paying symbols include different characters, but you can also expect fireworks, pots, severed arms, flip flops and cans. These can all be swapped with wild symbols if you catch’em.

Nolimit City’s latest comes with scatter wins, fire zones, eater symbols and revolver symbols, plus two free spins and xTra Spins, boosters, buys and side hustles.

Because of the scatter pays mechanic, at least eight symbols that land anywhere award a win. Winning symbols are then removed and replaced for even more wins if you’re lucky.

Pelican Payday

A wonderful bird is the pelican, whose bill can hold more than his belican. He can fit in his beak, enough food for a week and I'm damned if I see how the helican! But now the greedy water bird is all full up so he’s looking for cold hard cash. Good thing, it’s payday!

In Pelican Payday by Pragmatic Play, we join forces with a perky pelican and, together, we’re hoping to scoop up money symbols worth up to 1,000 X. We do this on a grid set on a beach that’s overlooked by a lighthouse.

Said grid has three reels and five rows plus 10 paylines. Symbols range from playing card royals jack to ace, fishing hooks, boxes and fish symbols. The titular cash nabbing fisherbird is also there to grab his fill. The lighthouse scatter symbol is on hand to activate your free spins feature. The volatility is low and the RTP is 96.59%.
