UFC Freedom 250 - also known as UFC White House - will see a stacked card take place on the Sputh Lawn of the White House in Washington D.C June 14 in the United States (Monday morning UK time).

The main event sees Lightweight champion Ilia Topuria take on Interim Champion Justin Gaethje to be crowned outright lightweight champion of the UFC.

Topuria won the Lightweight belt in his last fight when he knocked out Charles Oliveira in the first round of their UFC 317 bout. That victory saw the Germany-born Georgian win his second UFC title after he won the Featherweight title belt against Australian Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 298.

Topuria has a professional MMA record of 17 fights, 17 wins and zero defeats. The smart money would be on Topuria, but I really do fancy Gaethje.

Gaethje is more experienced than his opponent with a record of 32 fights, 27 wins and five losses. The American is on a two-fight winning streak. He defeated Rafael Fiziev at UFC 313 before beating British fighter Paddy Pimblett on points to claim the UFC Interim Lightweight title.

Gaethje has been in the Octagon with the likes of Max Holloway, Oliveira, Michael Chandler, Khabib, Dustin Poirier, Tony Ferguson and Eddie Alvarez - so he knows how to get down and fight when the chips are down.

A lot of people think that Gaethje is past his best and he cannot live with a fighter like Topuria. I disagree, I am backing Gaethje to give it everything and frustrate Topuria before winning on points.

The crowd will be pro-Gaethje at the White House. There is expected to be between 80,000 and 100,000 in attendance on the 250th Anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence. The Americans like to host a party and they will be all in Gaethje's corner and I feel that could be a huge difference.
