With the Premier League season finally over, the transfer rumour mill is in full swing ahead of what is expected to be a very busy Summer. Each week, we will bring you all the latest Premier League transfer news ahead of the window opening in June:

Chelsea to spend big?

  • With the takeover at Chelsea almost complete, manager Thomas Tuchel is hoping to have a huge transfer war chest this summer. His top targets are expected to include Sevilla defender Jules Kounde and Leipzig star Josko Gvardiol. Tuchel is also keen on Villarreal’s Pau Torres, but new Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is also an admirer, so there could be a bidding war for the services of the Spanish centre half.
  • Arsenal’s hunt for a new striker has led them to Napoli’s Victor Osimhen. The big stumbling block for the Gunners could be the huge £100m price tag that Napoli are set to put on the Nigerian’s head. Alternative options for Mikel Arteta are thought to include Tammy Abraham and Gabriel Jesus.
  • Ismaila Sarr is attracting plenty of Premier League attention following Watford’s relegation from the top flight. Everton, Crystal Palace and Newcastle United are all in the running for the Senegal wideman, with Everton emerging as the front runners.
  • Burnley look set to lose a number of key players after their relegation to the Championship. James Tarkowski, Ben Mee, Dwight McNeil and Nick Pope are all likely to attract plenty of interest from top clubs. Meanwhile, Maxwel Cornet is already on Tottenham's radar, with Antonio Conte thought to be a big fan of the winger.
  • Finally, highly rated Aberdeen right back Calvin Ramsey is wanted by both Liverpool and Leeds United. However, the teenager could opt for a move abroad, with Serie A side Bologna thought to be big admirers of the defender.
