Back at the Emirates, it's difficult to not see Arsenal extending their winning run. The Gunners have won their last seven - conceding just twice - but also beating Spurs 4-1 and Bayern 3-1 over the last couple of weeks.

Momentum is in their favour and confidence is sky high within the camp right now. With players returning from injury, Arsenal's squad depth should serve them well during this hectic Christmas period.

Brenford poor on the road

Many expected Brentford to struggle this campaign after their squad was raided in the summer but after 13 matches they sit safely in the middle of the pack.

In fact, the Bees are just three points outside the Champions League places. But having lost five of their six away matches this season, there's work to be done if they are to have a successful campaign.

However, Brentford do head into this fixture on the back of a 3-1 win against Burnley. Igor Thiago has scored five in his last three matches, including a brace last time out and the Brazilian forward will certainly be a threat to Arsenal's back line.

And while Brentford (10/1) with Betano) head into this match on the back of a win, there's a huge gulf in quality between Arsenal and Burnley. Throw in the fact Brentford can't pick up a point on the road, conceding an average of two per match, it doesn't look good for the Bees midweek.

With that being said, Arsenal can go about their business and a comfortable win by a two goal margin is the most appealing at the price, having landed in six of their last seven home wins.
