It's first vs second in the Bundesliga on Saturday evening as Bayern welcome Borussia Dortmund to Allianz Arena. The first Der Klassiker of the season is always special, and with both teams in fine form, the neutrals will be expecting an exciting encounter.
Nathan Joyes talks you through the Bundesliga's match of the round - as well as providing his best bet.
Vincent Kompany's side have won all 10 matches this season across all competitions - and their 100% start to the campaign has been their best since joining the Bundesliga back in 1965.
Their last seven matches have seen Bayern score at least three goals per match, who will be looking to extend their incredible unbeaten record on Saturday evening. Having won five successive Bundesliga home matches without conceding, it's easy to see why they are odds-on favourites once again.
At the heart of everything they do is Harry Kane. The England captain has already scored 11 goals and provided three assists - five goals clear of teammates Luis Diaz - as he looks to keep hold of his golden boot for another year.
Niko Kovac has guided his team into 2nd spot after six matches - who are also unbeaten (W4 D2) - and it's clear to see that their organised defence is part of their plan for success this season.
Having already kept four clean sheets, Dortmund have only shipped in four goals - one more than Bayern - and if anyone is likely to stop Bayern's goalscoring spree, it's the Black and Yellows.
However, that is easier said than done, but Dortmund have their own striker capable of getting at Bayern's backline.
Serhou Guirassy already has four goals to his name from five matches - and having scored 21 Bundesliga goals last campaign - Bayern know too well the threat he carries.
Dortmund have only won one of their last five meetings with Bayern, although that 2-0 victory in 2024 came at Allianz Arena.
However, you have to go back to 2017 the last time they won away to Bayern and then 2014. It doesn't happen often, but if anyone is capable of stopping the champions, it is the Black and Yellows.
This match between Bayern and Dortmund has all the ingredients to be yet another classic - but who will walk away with all three points? Nathan Joyes provides his best bet.
Although Dortmund (7/1 with Betfred) have kept four clean sheets from six matches, it's important to note that three of the four goals Kovac's side have conceded have come away from home.
In fact, they all came in the opening round of the Bundesliga season against St. Pauli. So on one hand, they've improved as the season has progressed, but on the other conceding three vs St. Pauli doesn't bode well when it comes to keeping Bayern out.
That's because Bayern (1/3 with Betano) have been relentless - especially at home. A total of 15 goals in three home games is quite frankly ridiculous. And although Harry Kane is in the form of his life, Luis Diaz, Michael Olise and Serge Gnabry are all contributing with great numbers.
But it is those in behind that are serving it up to Harry Kane, who returns back from international duty with a spring in his step after a brace vs Latvia and securing a spot at the World Cup.
His form - and Bayern's - is too good to ignore at present. Back Bayern to win and Harry Kane to score anytime at 4/5.
TIP: Bayern to win and Harry Kane to score at 4/5 with BetMGM.
