If ever there was a team capable of bouncing back in a Champions League semi-final, Bayern would be high on that list.

Vincent Kompany's side have been flawless in almost every competition - but there's no chance the Belgian was happy with the way in which his team defended.

Not many - if any - teams have conceded five in a Champions League semi-final and gone on to win - but Bayern did score four of their own, and with Harry Kane and Luis Diaz writing their own headlines, anything is possible.

With home advantage, Bayern will be in a confident mood - but defensively, they are going to have to improve tenfold to come out of this with a win that takes them to Budapest.

PSG can't sit back

The advantage is certainly with PSG but Luis Enrique will know the job is far from done. However, they will head to Germany with a spring in their step after a sensational home performance last week.

There's no reason why PSG should show any signs of nerves either. After brushing both Chelsea and Liverpool to one side in previous rounds - without conceding - will give Enrique's men confidence they can have one more big night in this competition at least.

PSG have the squad and the mentality to beat Bayern - but they still conceded four at home - and their defence will be under an immense amount of pressure from the first whistle.

Unless you live under a rock, you'll know that the first leg produced a nine goal thriller - with PSG coming out on top 5-4. That was PSG's second win over Bayern in their last five meetings, although they have lost four of their last five visits to Allianz Arena. Will that trend continue on Wednesday evening?

With just how explosive the first leg was, the final showdown in Germany looks like it will be another Champions League classic - but what's the betting angle? Nathan Joyes has provided his Champions League best bet for the match.

Draw no bet appeals

Bayern (3/6 with Betfred) are a short price to win but with home advantage and chasing a goal, the bookmakers are clearly taking no chances. PSG (3/1 with Betano) - to record a rare away win in Germany - are an attractive price if you fancy them.

However, it feels extremely foolish to not try and achieve a big price winner after what happened in Paris last week. Goals hasn't been a theme when these two have clashed in recent years, but they should flow again under the circumstances.

Harry Kane, who only came on in the second half at the weekend, had previously scored in five consecutive matches, which included goals against Real Madrid and PSG. If Bayern need a goal, he's the obvious shout considering his current form.

With the Englishman on the scoresheet, Bayern should have enough to win the match, and it would be crazy to presume the goals will dry up in these circumstances. However, if Bayern can edge ahead, the tie may swing in their favour - and the Germans, who overcame Real Madrid last round, can reach the final with a two goal margin.
