Both Koln and Wolfsburg have struggled for consistency this season and sit close to the relegation conversation.

A win for either side would ease the pressure in the short term, but neither inspires enough confidence to back outright in the match odds.

Eintracht Frankfurt vs Leverkusen

Eintracht Frankfurt are without a win in seven across all competitions, a run that has brought a Champions League exit and left them nine points adrift of the qualification spots for next season.

Another defeat here would drop them eight points behind even the Conference League places, a worrying position given the volume of goals they continue to concede.

Bayer Leverkusen arrive in better shape and should have the edge.

Werder Bremen vs Borussia Monchengladbach

With only two points separating 10th and 15th, fixtures between teams in this bracket carry added importance, especially with 16th-placed Mainz showing improved form.

This is a must not lose game for both Werder Bremen and Borussia Monchengladbach, neither of whom have offered much going forward this season.

Caution is expected. Under 2.5 goals has landed in three of Werder Bremen’s four home matches against bottom half opponents, making that the sensible angle here.

Augsburg picked up an unlikely win away at Bayern Munich last week and it feels as though the market may have overreacted a touch here.

St. Pauli are no easy opponent. They have lost only two of their last eight matches in all competitions, both coming via late goals on the road.

They tend to keep games tight away from home and look capable of taking at least a point here.

RB Leipzig vs Mainz

RB Leipzig boast the second best home attack in the Bundesliga this season, while Mainz rank fourth from bottom defensively on their travels.

That makes the angle fairly clear, particularly with the hosts having won every home match against sides outside the top six at Red Bull Arena.

Goals look likely, and over 2.5 goals bringing the price to evens is more than acceptable here.

Hamburger SV vs Bayern Munich

VfB Stuttgart vs SC Freiburg

SC Freiburg’s away record would be a concern when assessing this fixture. They have been heavily beaten by Bayern Munich and comfortably dealt with by RB Leipzig, Bayer Leverkusen and Koln, while even bottom side Heidenheim managed to beat them at home.

VfB Stuttgart’s home form has dipped slightly, but they remain firmly in the race for the Champions League places and should be capable of maintaining that push here.

Borussia Dortmund vs Heidenheim

Borussia Dortmund’s most recent home win was a narrow one against FC St. Pauli and required a 95th minute penalty to finally get over the line.
