WEST BROM VS MIDDLESBROUGH

West Brom hosts Middlesbrough under the lights at The Hawthorns on Friday night. The Baggies have lost four of their last five, but managed to beat QPR 2-1; George Campbell and Nathaniel Phillips were the goal scorers.

After an excellent start to the season, Middlesbrough are currently second in the table, but have struggled for form recently. Prior to their 4-0 home win against Southampton, Kim Hellberg’s side only picked up one point from four games.

COVENTRY VS LEICESTER

League leaders Coventry are currently six points clear at the top, but Frank Lampard’s side come into this fixture with only one point from their last three, which came in a 1-1 draw away to Charlton.

The Sky Blues will be disappointed with recent performances and will aim to get back on track against Leicester. The Foxes had a slow start to the season, but they’ve managed to get up to 12th, only four points away from the play-offs.

Watford are just one below Millwall in the table; the Hornets are 6th in the table, with the Lions sitting in 5th. After a positive start to the season, not many would expect Charlton to be sitting in 19th, just five points away from the relegation zone. The Addicks will be looking to bounce back after losing 5-1 at home to Chelsea in the FA Cup third round. Sheffield United have had spells of quality under Chris Wilder, and they come into this fixture with back-to-back league wins against Stoke and Leicester.

SOUTHAMPTON VS HULL

Southampton are 15th in the table and winless in their last five league games. Despite Southampton struggling in recent fixtures, Tonda Eckert had a positive start with the Saints, managing seven wins, three draws, and four losses in his 14 games in charge.
