Wrexham have had a great start to the current campaign, considering they gained promotion from League One last season. The Red Dragons have been excellent recently, winning their last two against Sheffield United and Preston.

BRISTOL VS PORTSMOUTH

Bristol are just two points away from a play-off place. The Robins have won two of their last three and were unlucky not to get anything out of their fixture last Monday against Millwall, as they conceded in the 81st minute to lose 2-1. Despite being 21st in the table, Portsmouth have looked good recently with eight points from their last four.

CHARLTON VS COVENTRY

DERBY VS MIDDLESBROUGH

The Rams have had excellent spells this season, but John Eustace’s side has struggled to stay consistent, which has put them in 14th place. Derby lost 4-1 away to rivals Leicester City on Monday.

Rhian Brewster was the goal scorer. Middlesbrough manager Kim Hellberg will be disappointed with his side’s performances recently; they’ve only secured one point from their last three, which has allowed Coventry to increase their gap at the top.

HULL VS STOKE

The Tigers only just managed to survive relegation last season on goal difference; considering this, Hull have surprised many, they’re currently fourth in the table, and Sergej Jakirović’s side has won four of their last five. IPSWICH VS OXFORD

PRESTON VS SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY

Preston has surprised many this season. Paul Heckingbottom’s side has spent the majority of the current campaign in the play-offs, but they’ve recently dropped out and currently sit in 7th. The Lilywhites lost 2-1 against Wrexham in their previous fixture.

Alfie Devine got a goal, but it wasn’t enough for Preston to get anything out of the game. Despite this, the Saints come into this fixture with only one win from their last five.
