We have another full Championship slate over three days this weekend, ending with a derby match between Ipswich and Norwich. Read our Championship predictions and betting tips for each game.
Two globally discussed teams in Birmingham and Wrexham renew acquaintances - this time in the Championship after the duo were promoted from League One together.
There were nine cards between the sides last season, whilst Birmingham have seen 4.5 cards in their away games. Referee Robert Madley has shown four cards in every game he's refereed this season.
Best Bet: Over 3.5 Cards- 5/6 - Betano
Blackburn sit in the bottom three heading into this game. A poor summer in the transfer window has turned relationships at Ewood Park sour, with fans making their discontent clear. Both their wins have come away, but they've lost all three home games.
Under the stewardship of Mark Robins, Stoke look to be going from strength to strength. The Potters sit third after losing just twice this campaign. The five goals conceded is the joint fewest in the league. Their water-tight defence against Blackburn's feeble attack should be enough for Stoke to avoid defeat.
Best Bet: Stoke Draw No Bet - 4/5- BetMGM
Hull have conceded 16 goals in their last 8 games, an average of 3.63 goals per game- making them the division's chaos kings. In their last game they conceded two goals in the first ten minutes, before an Oli McBurnie inspired second half saw them rescue a late point.
Sheffield United sit rooted to the bottom of the table after a disappointing start. Popular manager Chris Wilder is back but he has won just one of his three games in charge. The Blades come into this after a 2-1 defeat to Southampton. Hull's chaotic nature should mean over 2.5 match goals is a safe bet.
Best Bet: Over 2.5 goals - 22/25 - BetMGM
Off the pitch, the issues mount up for Sheffield Wednesday, with uncertainty over whether the players will be paid. The game should still go ahead, with protests in the stands continuing. At Hillsborough, they have taken just one point, scoring only once, as the fans discontent seems to be affecting the performances on the pitch.
Coventry have had a strong start to the season and are second in the table. The SkyBlues are the league's top scorers and have already beaten Derby, QPR, Birmingham, and Millwall producing some strong attacking football.
Best Bet: Coventry win and over 1.5 goals - 4/9 - BetMGM
QPR started the season dismally, taking just one point from their opening three games - including a 7-1 drubbing at Coventry. This game was an anomaly, with the xG scoreline a lot closer than the final result suggests. Since these games, The Hoops are unbeaten- a run that has seen them climb up to tenth.
There were big changes for Bristol City in the summer. An unexpected playoff campaign saw Liam Manning poached by Norwich, with Gehrad Strüber appointed as the new manager. Three wins and two draws from the opening five represented a strong start, but then started to falter, failing to win any of the next three. At home, they have won just once against Hull. They have drawn against Charlton, Oxford and Ipswich, so QPR will fancy their chances of getting at least a draw.
Best Bet: QPR Draw No Bet- 37/20 - BetMGM
Derby invested heavily in the summer to back John Eustace after a strong run of form last season after his appointment. It has not yet come to fruition for The Rams who sit just outside the relegation zone with just one win to their name. Both teams have scored in seven of the Rams last nine games.
Highly sought after manager Will Still was appointed in the summer, looking to stop the rot at Southampton after a dismal relegation. It has been a slow start for The Saints who sit 14th after a midweek win over Sheffield United. Both teams have scored in Southampton's last four away games..
Best Bet: BTTS - 19/20 - BetNero
A 4-0 defeat to Coventry compounded more misery on Millwall after an indifferent start to the season. The Lions sit in mid table but have scored just six goals - only Sheffield United have scored fewer.
West Brom take up fourth place after scraping past Norwich with a 1-0 victory midweek. The Baggies have scored nine and conceded 17, with their games averaging just two goals.
Best Bet: BTTS NO - 4/5- Priced Up
Portsmouth salvaged a late draw against Watford, meaning they are now four games without a win. It has been a disappointing start to the campaign for Pompey who sit 17th. With just seven goals scored and nine conceded, their games are averaging just two goals.
Middlesbrough made the brave decision to sack Michael Carrick and appoint Rob Edwards - a decision that looks to be paying off as Boro sit top of the league unbeaten. They have been hard to crack down, keeping four clean sheets - their games are averaging just over 2 goals a game.
Best Bet: Under 2.5 goals - 4/5- Priced Up
Charlton secured promotion in dramatic fashion through the playoffs and have had a great return to the Championship. The Addicks are now four games unbeaten after holding Derby to a 1-1 draw. In typical Nathan Jones fashion, the games have been low scoring, with just 14 goals scored across their eight games. There have been under 2.5 goals in six of Charlton's last eight games.
Preston are also flying under the radar in seventh. Paul Heckingbottom's side are well disciplined, with their games averaging just two goals, with under 2.5 goals in five of their last eight games.
Best Bet: Under 2.5 goals -8/13 - QuickBet
Alan Sheehan was appointed the permanent manager of Swansea who are currently in eighth. They've won three games this season, but each time against the bottom three sides. Nine goals scored and seven conceded in eight games means their games are averaging just two goals.
Leicester are going through a transition period after relegation from the Premier League. Ex QPR gaffer Marti Cifuntes was appointed as new manager in the summer and the Foxes are trotting along nicely in sixth. Their games are seeing just over 2 goals, so the under 2.5 goals on offer from Betano appeals.
Best Bet: Under 2.5 goals - 7/10- Betano
Chants of 'you're getting sacked in the morning' greeted manager Paulo Pezzolano after subbing off diminutive Australian winger Nestory Irankunda in the first half of the draw with Portsmouth. All is not well with the Hornets who have won just twice all season.
Since losing their opening three games, Oxford United lost just once in their next five. This includes holding QPR, Leicester and Coventry to a draw, as well as beating Bristol City 3-1.
Best Bet: Oxford United Double Chance 3/4 - Betway
The weekend's stand out fixture comes on Sunday as bitter rivals Ipswich and Norwich face off at Portman Road. It has been a poor start to the season for both sides in the bottom half of the table. At home, Ipswich games have been open, seeing 14 goals from four. Three out of their four home games have seen over 2.5 goals - the exception the 1-1 draw with Southampton.
Despite their poor start to the season, Norwich are still unbeaten on their travels, taking eight points from four games. Their games are averaging just shy of three goals a game, with half seeing over 2.5 goals. The last meeting at Portman Road between these sides ended in a 2-2 draw.
Best Bet: Over 2.5 goals - 3/4- Betano
