The Royals have had a challenging start to the season, currently just sitting one place above the relegation zone. However, Leam Richardson’s side have a great home record, securing 11 points from their last five games at the Madejski Stadium.

Stevenage have quickly become the surprise package in League One, putting together a start that suggests they could push for promotion to the Championship. With eight wins, two draws, and two defeats from their opening 12 games, they currently sit fourth on 26 points. A victory against Reading could see them climb to the top, still holding two games in hand over the current top-two sides, Stockport County and Bradford City.

Northampton vs Mansfield
