Firstly, let’s start at Kirklees Stadium, where Huddersfield face Bolton. Promotion-chasing duo Huddersfield and Bolton have struggled to find consistency this season, with them both sitting just outside the play-offs. The Terriers can return to the top six by defeating Bolton. Schumacher’s side had a disappointing 3-0 loss to Burton last Saturday, so they’ll be looking to bounce back.

Both sides have had poor starts, with Burton 20th and Peterborough 24th. However, the Brewers have shown clear improvement with a 1-0 away win against Cardiff and a 3-0 home win against Bolton in their last three league games. On the other hand, Darren Ferguson’s Peterborough have lost their last two. Both sides have been finding the back of the net regularly. Burton have scored five goals in their last five matches, with Peterborough scoring eight in their last five games.

Blackpool vs Wycombe
Blackpool return to Bloomfield Road aiming to turn around a worrying run of form. Winless in their last four, the Seasiders have found it difficult to turn possession into goals. Due to Steve Bruce’s sacking, Blackpool are still on the search for a new manager, so it will likely be interim managers Stephen Dobbie and Steve Banks in charge on Saturday. Wycombe Wanderers, meanwhile, arrive in better form under Michael Duff, who was appointed recently, following the dismissal of Mike Dodds. The Chairboys have only lost one of their last four League One fixtures.

Doncaster Rovers come into this match in poor form, having picked up just one point from their last five league games. Kevin Nolan’s Northampton are currently 14th and were unlucky last Saturday, conceding two late goals. Both teams have struggled for goals in recent fixtures, so I predict this will be low-scoring.

Despite Luton coming into this fixture on the back of two losses, the Hatters have a good chance against Mansfield on Saturday, with it being Jack Wilshere’s first game in charge. This fixture should be an entertaining encounter, with both teams coming into this on the back of two wins. The Millers scored two late goals to secure all three points away at Northampton. Orient manager Richie Wellens was strongly linked with Blackpool, but Wellens should stay at Orient after their impressive 4-0 home win against Doncaster on Saturday. Dominic Ballard scored a hat-trick on Saturday, and he scored two weeks ago against Cardiff.

They face a struggling Exeter side, who have lost three out of their last five games.
