Leeds hoping to recover

Leeds managed to put together a solid run throughout December and the vast majority of January - giving them breathing room between themselves and West Ham in 18th.

However, their good fortunes came to an abrupt end when Mikel Arteta's side brushed them aside 4-0. A win wasn't expected against the league leaders, but Daniel Farke will be hoping confidence within his squad hasn't been knocked too much.

Prior to that defeat, Leeds had gone five home matches without defeat, including noticeable wins against Crystal Palace and Chelsea. Goal output has vastly improved - although only one clean sheet since October is a slight concern.

Lukas Nmecha, Dan James and Jaka Bijol all remained sidelined due to ongoing injuries.

Forest finding their feet

Forest's turbulent season has found calmer shores in recent weeks as Sean Dyche heads north unbeaten in their last three matches.

A convincing 2-0 away win against Brentford was followed up with a convincing 4-0 hammering over Robbie Keane's Ferencvaros in the Europa League.

That winning run came to an end when Crystal Palace came to town, but Forest fought bravely to hold out a 1-1 draw despite having 10 men for 45 minutes.

Goals have been an issue for the visitors this campaign, but Igor Jesus has found the back of the net on four occasions in his last five matches. The Brazilian continues to be Forest's main threat.

With no draws in their last five meetings, this fixture has often been a spicy affair. Forest won the reverse fixture 3-1, but haven't enjoyed trips to Elland Road, having failed to win any of their last five (D3 L2). Under 2.5 goals has been a theme with four of the last five at this venue producing two goals or less.

Three of their last five matches have been deadlocked at the half time interval. In fact, all three of those games have been 0-0 (Fulham, Man United and Liverpool).

With Forest (5/2 with HighBet) struggling to find their shooting boots on the road this season - scoring just 11 goals in 12 matches - the action could once again unravel in the second half.

Neither side will want to lose - and so this opening 45 minutes could be two sides sizing each other up for any weaknesses. However, neither will want to show their hand early, and at odds-against, the half-time draw looks an enticing bet.
