Fifth placed Man City take on Everton at the Etihad on Saturday afternoon looking to keep tabs on both Arsenal and Liverpool. The Toffees ended their sticky period with a 2-1 win against Crystal Palace before the international break.
Was that a turning point for David Moyes' side? Nathan Joyes provides his thoughts.
After Man City's 2-0 defeat against Tottenham earlier in the campaign, Pep Guardiola's side have put together three wins in a row in front of their supporters.
They've scored 10 goals in the process, easily brushing aside arch rivals Man United, Napoli and Burnley. At the Etihad, Man City look to have got their mojo back.
That has largely been down to Erling Haaland who has now scored in 10 consecutive matches for club and country. In fact, he's scored 19 within those matches. No one can stop the Norwegian right now.
Guardiola will be without Omar Marmoush and Rayan Ait Nouri once more - but the Spaniard will be hoping to build on their narrow 1-0 win against Brentford last time out.
Everton ended their four match winless streak just before the international break thanks to a 93rd minute strike from on-loan Man City winger Jack Grealish.
Having won the Premier League player of the month award in September, the 30-year-old has continued his fine form for his new club - although he won't be allowed to play on Saturday - presenting a few issues for Moyes.
Everton head into this clash having lost three of their four away games - conceding two in three of those. Without Grealish being able to drag his team up the pitch, the Toffees may struggle to keep Man City at bay - and another defeat looks likely.
You have to go all the way back to 2010 the last time Everton won away to Man City - and recent form against Guardiola's side hasn't been great either.
That's because Man City have won four of their last five meetings, although Everton did hold them to a 1-1 draw at the Etihad last season.
With Man City's squad looking much stronger than last campaign, many expect Guardiola's side to be more competitive this time round. Only three points behind Arsenal, this is a chance to close the gap before Arsenal face Fulham. Let’s look at the Premier League betting odds.
It barely feels like tipping when Erling Haaland has scored 19 goals in his last 10 matches - but it's also foolish to ignore him when building your bets.
Norway allowed Haaland to leave their camp early and miss their friendly against New Zealand in order to rest and prepare himself for this fixture - something I'm sure Everton fans weren't overly pleased with.
Haaland is as short as 4/6 to score anytime with BetMGM, but it could - and should - arguably be shorter. Combining Haaland to score and for Man City to win creates an almost evens bet - and it's one that stands out this weekend.
That's because Everton's defence can't be trusted at the moment. Having conceded six from their last three away matches, Man City will be licking their lips at the prospect of adding to that - especially at home where they have been extremely ruthless.
Grealish can't be the star of the show this weekend, but Haaland will once again write his own headlines. Good luck if you're following.
TIP: Man City to win and Erling Haaland to score at 10/11 with BetMGM.
