Man U in good form

With three wins from their last five matches, Man United appear to have turned a corner under Ruben Amorim. Their win at Anfield last weekend was unexpected - and although Liverpool have been struggling of late - it was a fine performance from the Red Devils.

That result was their second win in a row having beaten Premier League new boys Sunderland 2-0 when last seen at home, rectifying their 3-1 loss against Brentford prior to that.

A lack of consistency has been the hosts problem for quite some time now, but a win against a resilient Brighton side would certainly be a bold statement - and one that would carry them into the Europa League spots - albeit after nine matches.

Brighton's unbeaten run

Brighton will be another huge challenge for Man United, heading into this match on a four match unbeaten run.

Wins against Newcastle and Chelsea standout, and perhaps have shown why they will be fighting for a European spot of their own come May.

Despite losing Joao Pedro in the summer transfer window, it's former Man United forward Danny Welbeck who has four Premier League goals to his name. The 34-year-old scored a brace last time out in that 2-1 win against Newcastle, who will be their main threat this weekend.

Defensively solid yet dangerous on the attack, the bookmakers have once again underestimated Brighton.

Brighton did the double over Man United last season, including a 3-1 victory at Old Trafford. In fact, it's worth pointing out that Brighton have won four of their last five meetings against the Red Devils.

The Seagulls are not intimidated about trips to Old Trafford, and that has to be brought into the betting.

Fabian Hürzeler's side are well-drilled, organised and pack a punch at the other end of the pitch. With back-to-back wins over Man United secured last season, Brighton won't be scared to take the game to the hosts - and their price to not lose the match is too big to ignore.
