Here we are again, looking at betting odds to see who will be the next permanent manager of Celtic Football Club.
Back in October, Brendan Rodgers left Celtic as their manager following back-to-back defeats in the league. That put the Hoops eight points adrift at the top of the table behind leaders Hearts.
Immediately, Celtic appointed former manager Martin O'Neill as interim manager. It was never seen as a permanent appointment, but he led Celtic to seven wins from eight matches.
Eventually, Celtic opted to bring in Wilfried Nancy as their new boss from MLS side Columbus Crew. His first mistake was not keeping O'Neill and his assistant Shaun Maloney on to guide him through the opening stages of his new job.
O'Neill could have helped him settle in and inform him of how to conduct business at Celtic. He opted to go it alone and bring in his own staff. He was clearly out of his depth and was sacked after eight games - in which he lost six - to become the shortest managerial reign in the history of the famous club.
Just over a month after leaving as interim manager, O'Neill is back in the hotseat and is currently the favourite to get the job on a permanent basis. He might not want it, but the fans do. O'Neill is the 5/6 favourite with Bet365, while his assistant Maloney is available at 10/3.
O'Neill is favourite to take over after being installed as interim manager for the second time this season. It is more than likely O'Neill will remain in charge until the end of the season, this will give the Celtic board plenty of time to find the right replacement.
If O'Neill does a good job and even wins the league this season - it's not impossible as they only trail by Hearts by six points - then the fans will be demanding he gets the job full time.
He could use this time to groom Maloney for the job. Maloney knows the club having played over 150 times for the Hoops.
Ange Postecoglu was in the mix the last time this job came up. The Celtic fans know him well after he guided the Hoops to two successive league titles, two league cups and a domestic treble.
He moved from Celtic to Tottenham Hotspur before leaving them after bringing them silverware in his second season. He has been out of work since he got sacked by Nottingham Forest after just eight matches in charge.
Wales manager Craig Bellamy's name has been thrown into the ring. My guess is that if he was a serious contender, nothing would be discussed or decided this season. Wales is too busy preparing his team for their play-off matches in which they hope to qualify for the 2026 World Cup.
The Wales national team job is the first managerial role of Bellamy's career, but he has taken to it very well. He has overseen 16 games as Wales boss, winning eight, drawing four and losing four. He looks like he has a bright future as a manager.
He has links to Celtic having played 12 times for them while he was on loan from Newcastle United. He scored seven goals during that time, so Celtic fans will have fond memories. He started in the 2005 Scottish Cup Final in which the Hoops won 1-0 against Dundee United.
Celtic like to be linked with managers who have had a past relationship with the club. O'Neill, Postecoglu, Maloney and Bellamy have all been at Parkhead. Another former player appearing in the betting odds list is Robbie Keane.
The former striker spent 16 games on loan at Parkhead while he was contracted to Spurs. He scored 12 goals in 16 games and the Hoops fans were gutted his spell was not extended. Despite only playing 16 games, Keane won the Celtic's Fans Player of the Year award for the 2009/10.
Roy Keane, who had a very brief spell at Celtic in 2005/06 after leaving Manchester United, finds himself in the betting odds list butb he is down the pecking order at 25/1.
Other outsiders include Wayne Rooney, Neil Lennon, Frank Lampard, Gareth Southgate and Scott Brown.
Below is the current betting odds list for the next permanent manager of Celtic with odds provided by Bet365.
