This achievement allowed them to compete with the Chinese and the Koreans at the Mid-Season Invitational 2022, where they finished an expected 3-4th along with NA’s Evil Geniuses.

On the other hand, we have Team Vitality, which is clearly the underdog in the fight. They’ve never really been considered a member of the EU elite, and you’ll see why by looking at their recent history. Where G2 finished first in the LEC Summer 2022, Team Vitality finished 5th.
