Selection 1 | IMPERVIOUS 16/1 Mares Novices Hurdle

IMPERVIOUS is one I can't wait to see run at the Cheltenham festival in March and think she is way overpriced for the Mares Novice Hurdle which is likely to be her target which enhances her 16/1 odds. She couldn't have been more impressive in her 3 starts to date and I think she is a touch special.

Her credentials against some of the others at the head of the market at this point stands out to me and she has a rapid turn of foot. She has a lovely pedigree and is likely to relish Cheltenham which is a huge bonus! Check out my video for more details! I am really excited about her!

Selection 2 | NUBE NEGRA E/W 25/1 Champion Chase

NUBE NEGRA is without doubt the bet of the Champion Chase at this stage based on prices and was the unluckiest loser of the whole Cheltenham festival this year when he went down by half a length to PUT THE KETTLE ON. He was boxed in and hassled over the last which really dented his chances but he rallied so well and just failed to get up. He was full of running before this and if he won that day he would be half the price he is at the moment.

He is worth backing each way because we are potentially in a golden era of 2 miles chasers with the likes of SHISHKIN and ENERGUMENE but my selection has every right to be in the mix and is still only a 7 y-o. He is likely to win the Shloer Chase this weekend which will inevitably half his price and I think now is the time to back him, you don't want to miss out on the value!
