Hello Racing fans and welcome back to a new week of selections! I had a real strong week last week including 14/1, 12/1 & 8/1 winners - stay tuned for more this week. I have a Wednesday double for you to get stuck into which pays 19.25/1. Also, head over to my YouTube channel for bonus selections.
Just to mention firstly that there is now a weekly recap show, where I will review all of my selections from the previous week. Head over to my YouTube channel to check that out. Below is my Wednesday double! Thank you for all of your support so far, and don't forget to check out my socials @gingerjoeracing on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook for daily updates!
HARSTON takes all of the beating in this race and I am confused as to why the betting is so sporadic. He is 7/2 favourite but then it jumps from 5’s to 8’s and it makes me think she should actually be shorter in the betting.
There are a few in this with nice profiles but ones that have been underwhelming and have a lot to prove - I don't think the bookies quite know what to do with them. This is why to me HARSTON takes all of the beating in this race especially after putting up such a dominant display last time out too.
That was a nice step forward and I expect her to be able to do the same again. She could be tough to pass and looks like the main improver considering there are so many in this that have a lot to prove on what they've shown so far. She could be a class above these and at 7/2, I think she is the standout bet in this contest.
MOSTAHDAF is my NAP for Wednesday and takes up leg 2 of the double. He won his first 3 before getting badly hampered at Royal Ascot leaving him with no chance last time out. It is possible that he had an injury since then as he had been given a nice break to get him back to peak fitness and I think he can resume his progress here.
He does have some stiff opposition but I think MOSTAHDAF could be Group 1 quality and the best of his rivals would be SIR BUSKER who is a very good Group 2 horse at best meaning that if my selection is ready to go then he could take all the beating here.
He had won well in his 3 races before the Royal Ascot flop and comes from very powerful connections. He will probably come on for this but I am hoping his class is enough to help him get the job back from a small break. Hard to beat in this and plenty of value at 7/2.
