LEG 1 | 3.23 Hereford - SOME DETAIL @ 5/1

SOME DETAIL is one of two really interesting runners I like for Tuesday’s racing. He is only 7 but I feel like he’s been around forever. He has some decent form to his name including a runner up effort here over course and distance last year and a repeat of that effort would have to give him a big chance here. His form figures read 2124 - however, that doesn't tell the whole story as he actually had a run at Lingfield nearly 2 weeks ago over a mile on the flat. I think they may have used that just to sharpen him up before his return to Hereford.

His last few runs have been just shy of Hereford and this would explain the prep flat run just making sure he is fully ready to take his chance here. Now he does have to carry top weight but Tom Buckley takes off 5lb which really does help his cause and if he is here in peak form he could be a really interesting contender to take a chance on.

LEG 2 | 3.20 Chepstow - REVERENTIAL E/W @ 7/1

REVERENTIAL is another Tuesday runner that I find really interesting based on previous credentials. She’s a lovely looking filly who is making her stable debut for the David Menuisier yard and is unlucky to still hold her maiden tag.

She ran really well on her penultimate start for George Scott and just failed behind the rapidly progressive Super Proud out of the Haggas team and backed it up with a decent effort behind Burford last time out, after being really slowly away from the gates. Unlikely to make the same mistake twice and is down to a career low mark for this event. I imagine when punters latch onto the fact that she could be well in here, that her price could shorten significantly. Menuisier has a knack of finding extra out of these and new scenery could just liven this filly right up.
