Gaming Realms grew its revenue 10% to £31.4 million for 2025, ahead of regulatory changes in the UK, with the supplier targeting expansion across both new and existing regulated markets.
Gaming Realms is primarily associated with developing slingo games. Slingo is a cross between slots and bingo games. Players aim to complete lines on a grid that resemble a bingo card, marking off numbers as they are spun on a set of reels. While North America is Gaming Realms’ largest market, it also operates in the UK.
During the year, Gaming Realms launched a new in-game tool for slingo games, designed for the new UK regulatory environment. Gaming Realms said that by the end of the year, UK revenue had recovered to previous levels.
The supplier’s UK operations will soon be impacted by an increase in remote gaming duty, which will go up from 21% of gross gaming yield to 40% from April.
North America accounted for 63% of total content licensing revenue in 2025, which went up 13% to £27.6 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased 15% to £15 million, and adjusted EBITDA margin was 48% with operational leverage, up from 46%. Profit before tax was £8.8 million, up 5%, and year-end cash increased to £17.8 million from £13.5 million. The group is operating debt free.
In 2025, Gaming Realms expanded its slingo portfolio with 12 new proprietary games and eight bespoke operator or market-specific adaptations. Games were launched with 40 new partners globally. In Europe, this included Betfred, Swiss Casino, Tote and Microgame. Gaming Realms also went live in Delaware, marking the sixth US state where it operates.
Content launched within the year also included games produced by third-party content studio partner S Gaming. The partnership between the two suppliers was announced in October 2024, and entails S Gaming integrating its content into the Gaming Realms’ platform for distribution exclusively across North America and strategic markets in Europe.
In January, Gaming Realms entered the slot space directly with the launch of its Lucky Lunar Studio. Gaming Realms plans to disrupt the space with a portfolio that will combine slingo features with familiar online casino mechanics.
The first two titles from Lucky Lunar Studio launched within the quarter. Three new slingo games also launched during the quarter, titled Frutti Boost, AutoSlingo, and Slingo Loteria.
Mark Segal, Gaming Realms CEO, said:
"During 2025 we further expanded our international presence, launching in a number of new regulated markets and adding 40 new operator partners to our distribution network. We also continued to invest in our proprietary content pipeline and technology platform, including the establishment of Lucky Lunar Studio to broaden our game development capabilities.
"We have made a positive start to 2026 with further launches across new regulated markets including Peru, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. With a strong pipeline of new games, additional partner launches and further geographic expansion planned, we remain well positioned to deliver continued growth."
On the topic of developments in Q1 2026, Gaming Realms mentioned how it has been granted a conditional igaming services provider license in Alberta, Canada, and it is also planning to enter additional regulated markets, including Maine in the US.
Shares in Gaming Realms opened trading on Monday at 31.00p, and had climbed slightly to 31.1p at the time of writing.
