Midnite has made a busy start to the year, launching horseracing and esports products with supplier SIS, and announcing the return of a fan initiative at next week’s Johnstone’s Paint Masters in snooker.
Midnite will offer SIS’ live racing and Competitive Gaming products, which will allow Midnite to offer more live horseracing events to players in the UK. SIS’ live racing content includes streamed pictures, data, commentary, on-screen graphics with betting triggers, and an extensive range of markets and prices.
This follows integration of 24/7 live racing and events-based esports content, and Midnite now offers more than 60,000 additional annual horse and greyhound racing events, covering more than 170 racecourses and tracks across six continents.
The Competitive Gaming service also included in the deal involves more than 225,000 H2H Global Gaming League eSoccer and eBasketball matches, which SIS claims adds up to 10% in value to an operator’s basketball and football (soccer) verticals.
Matt Smith, Customer Growth Manager at SIS, said: “We are proud to bring our 24/7 live racing and Competitive Gaming content to Midnite, a brand that aligns with our commitment to innovation and quality. This integration is a great example of how our high-margin, always-on portfolio can support the growth of ambitious operators and enhance the overall user experience.”
Zach Amin, Vice President of Sportsbook at Midnite, said: “SIS live racing and H2H Global Gaming League offer an ideal fit for our platform and our players. We are focused on building a top-tier sportsbook, and the ability to deliver engaging, round-the-clock betting opportunities plays a key role in that.”
Meanwhile, Midnite has confirmed the return of the Midnite Maximum at this year’s Johnstone’s Paint Masters snooker tournament, of which Midnite is UK betting and casino partner. Midnite’s partnership with the Masters was announced last month, and the World Snooker Tour (WST) also confirmed a renewed agreement for the 2026 World Snooker Championship.
The Masters runs from January 11-18 at Alexandra Palace in London and is one of the sport’s Triple Crown events along with the World Snooker Championship and the UK Championship.
At last year’s World Snooker Championship, Midnite introduced the Midnite Maximum, giving fans the chance to win £25,000 if a maximum break of 147 was achieved at any point during a session; this came to fruition when Mark Allen’s maximum led to fan Brian Nicholls walking away with the £25,000 prize.
The Midnite Maximum will be making a return at the Masters. The promotion will run during every session of the tournament, with 16 fans being able to be eligible during each session. Fans can sign up via QR codes and iPads that will be placed around the venue. Participants will have to be 25 and over and based in the UK to enter.
Andrew Mook, Midnite’s head of brand marketing, said: “The Midnite Maximum showed last year just how powerful a single moment in snooker can be. Bringing it back for the Masters felt like the perfect opportunity to evolve the idea, keeping it fresh, relevant and aligned with one of the sport’s most iconic events.
“This version of the Midnite Maximum allows us the chance to see 16 winners, meaning 16 different reactions, and the potential to leave lasting memories for more fans. It’ll put fans right at the heart of the action while creating brilliant, shareable moments.”
Peter Wright, WST’s chief commercial officer, said: “This is another fantastic innovation and adds a real buzz for the crowd every time someone is on a maximum.”
