Man City have not lost on home soil in the Premier League to Liverpool since the Reds ran out 4-1 winners at the Etihad Stadium in November 2015. Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino and Martin Skrtel all scored after an own goal from Eliaquim Mangala put them ahead. Man City have won three of their last five home matches against Liverpool in the league with two ending up in draws. Thankfully, I cannot see that happening on Saturday. I have a feeling we will see some goals in this contest. Man City have scored eight goals in their last two home matches, while Liverpool have scored in every away Premier League game this season. Both teams have strong attacks, so there must be some goals scored. Despite both clubs knowing where the goal is, they can defend as well, so it should be a compelling game. I cannot see past a draw and with odds of 4/1 on that happening and both teams scoring, I feel that is a must.
