NFL Week 12 Championship Betting Preview
The NFL season is starting to heat up as we enter week 13. There are 14 games taking place from Thursday night right through until Monday evening. The are four teams on a bye this weekend. Miami Dolphins and Washington Commanders get a week off following their game in Madrid, while Denver Broncos and the LA Chargers are also sitting week 12 out. Our NFL tipster Dave Kuzio has picked out his best NFL betting tips for the weekend, he managed 13 from 15 in his big acca last weekend and six from eight on his in-depth previews. Let's see how he goes this weekend.
Buffalo Bills @ Houston Texans - Thursday/Friday 01:15 GMT
The Buffalo Bills are currently 7-3 this season, and although they have not hit their straps just yet, they are a very dangerous team and should be in the mix when the battle to reach the Super Bowl intensifies. Josh Allen is cool under pressure, as long as he has the ball in his hands, the Bills have a great chance to post points. If the Texans are to win this game, they will need to keep Allen off the field for as long as possible. The Texans are 5-5, but a bumper ground at the NRG Stadium with an evening kick-off could be the tonic they need. I have mentioned the Bills have not hit top form just yet, but I cannot see anything other than a road win for Buffalo. Allen is getting in his stride, plus he has weapons like James Cook, Dalton Kincaid and Khalil Shakir. I am backing a Bills win.

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Chicago Bears - Sunday 18:00 GMT
The Chicago Bears have surprised a few people this season. They are currently 7-3 and lead the way in the NFC North. The jury is still out on whether or not Caleb Williams is the right quarterback for this franchise. He is helping his team get the wins, but he is a long way off being the finished article. He has thrown just four interceptions and 13 touchdown passes, so he is doing something right. He has some massive rushing weapons with D'Andre Swift and DJ Moore, while Williams likes to his own wheels as well. The Bears should be facing a familiar foe in the shape of Aaron Rodgers with the former Green Bay Packer looking to shake off a wrist injury. Rodgers has a record of 24-5 over the Bears in the regular season and likes to play against Chicago. If he does play, the crowd will be on his back from his first snap. The mood has changed in Chicago, so I am going for a Bears win.

Indianapolis Colts @ Kansas City Chiefs - Sunday 18:00 GMT
I made a mistake last week trusting past glories over what has happened this season. I backed Patrick Mahomes and his Kansas City Chiefs to show their class and beat an in-form Denver Broncos side. That didn't happen as the Chiefs went down 22-19 to take their 2025 record to 5-5. Mahomes is one of the best players in the league, but something is not clicking with his offence. The Colts are looking good with Daniel Jones. Time will tell whether or not he is good enough to lead the Colts on a good play-off run. He has thrown 2659 yards for 15 touchdowns and seven interceptions. He has been sacked 21 times, which means defences can get to him and put pressure on him. Kansas will need to do that if they have a chance of winning. Unfortunately, I am hoping to learn my lesson by backing against the Chiefs. I am going with the Colts to extend their form to 9-2.

New York Giants @ Detroit Lions - Sunday 18:00 GMT
The Lions will not be best pleased that they are not leading the way in the NFC North. In fact, they are in third place with a record of 6-4. The Packers are just above them with 6-3, while the Bears lead the way with 7-3. Detroit need to go on a run of victories to give themselves a fighting chance of being in the play-offs. Jared Goff is a 4x Pro Bowler player and is capable of getting the Lions to a Super Bowl. He has thrown for 21 touchdowns this year, and has only been picked off four times. If the Lions are going to make this a positive season, then Goff needs to continue throwing bombs to the likes of Amon-Ra St Brown, Jameson Williams and Jahmyr Gibbs. The Giants are a strange team. They have some quality in their team, Jaxson Dart is going to be a superstar in this league, but he just doesn't have the weapons at his disposal yet. The loss of Cam Skattebo has been massive, but it is about time the likes of Tyrone Tracy, Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton stood up to be accounted for. The Giants are 2-9 for a reason, I cannot see past a comfortable win for the Lions to keep the pressure on the Packers and the Bears.

Philadelphia Eagles @ Dallas Cowboys - Sunday 21:25 GMT
I can only see this NFC East clash going one way - and that is an away victory. The Eagles are different class. They know how to win matches, and more importantly, they know how to win Super Bowls. A lot has been made of the Tush Push - made famous by Jalen Hurts, but until it is banned, it is a legitimate way of scoring and the Eagles do it well. Hurts is also able to call upon Saquon Barkley once again. Barkley has four rushing touchdowns this season and has raced for 662 rushing yards. He also has two receiving TDs which shows he is basically unstoppable. This is a big rivalry, but the Cowboys can be hit and miss. They have a 4-5-1 record this season, but they come into this clash on the back of a 33-16 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders. I love to watch Dak Prescott in action, but he will not be enough to get a win for Dallas. I am backing the Eagles to make it 9-2 and tighten their stranglehold on the NFC East.
