NFL Week 15 Betting Preview

The NFL campaign reaches week 15 this weekend and there is a new leader in the NFC with the Los Angeles Rams top of the standings, while Denver Broncos are leading the way in the AFC - Could the two meet in the Superbowl this season? There are no teams on a bye win week 15.

The Thursday night/Friday morning game sees the Tampa Bay Buccaneers looking to bounce back from defeat against the New Orleans Saints when they play host to the Atlanta Falcons.

Something has to give when the Washington Commanders travel to the Metlife Stadium to take on NFC East rivals the New York Giants - both teams are in poor form this season with just pride to play for.

Our NFL tipster Dave Kuzio once again had a mixed week last time out, but he is confident of getting a full house this weekend. Let's see how he gets on this week.

Two of the worst performing teams in the NFL this season will lock horns at the Metlife Stadium in New Jersey when the Giants host the Commanders in an NFC East showdown. The Giants are currently 2-11 and have lost seven matches in succession. The Commanders' record is only just a bit better with 3-10. Their last win was in week 5 when they beat the LA Chargers - they have now gone eight games without a victory. Commanders welcomed back QB Jayden Daniels last week from injury, but he failed to finish the game as he picked up another injury with Marcus Mariota finishing the game. Only time will tell whether Daniels will be fit or not. Even without him at QB, the Commanders should be good enough to beat the Giants.

Buffalo Bills @ New England Patriots - Sunday 18:00 GMT

There is a very intriguing match up taking place on Sunday when AFC East leaders the Patriots take on second ranked Bills at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough. The Patriots are impressive this season and are on course for their best finish since Tom Brady left them. They have an 11-2 record thanks to a winning record of 10 matches. They were on their bye last weekend so they will be refreshed and be all out to make it 11 on the spin and boost their chances of finishing in first place in the AFC. The Bills are 9-4 and although they are not at their fluent best, they always have a chance when the ball is in Josh Allen's hands. He orchestrated a fourth quarter come back win for Buffalo last weekend against the Cincinnati Bengals. They will be looking for a third successive win, but I cannot see it happening. I am backing Drake Maye to be the shining QB in Foxborough this Sunday with the Pats grabbing their 12th win of the campaign.

Green Bay Packers gave their play-off hopes a lift last weekend with a narrow 28-21 win over NFC North rivals the Chicago Bears. the two of them are battling it out for a play-off spot and the Packers got the upper hand ahead of their next game which is in week 16. Jordon Love threw three touchdown passes for 234 yards to keep his impressive campaign going. He needs to be firing on all cylinders to keep the Packers marching on. If the Packers were playing anyone else, I would be backing them. However, they are going up against the 11-2 Denver Broncos. The Broncos are currently unbeaten in 10 matches - they have been pushed close a few times, but overall they are looking very good. Bo Nix is starting to hit his groove, while the likes of J.K Dobbins and Courtland Sutton keep getting better and better. I cannot see past a home win for Denver at the Empower Field At Mile High.

Tennessee Titans @ San Francisco 49ers - Sunday 21:25 GMT

This is a game that on paper is a home banker all day long. The Niners are 9-4 and the Titans are 2-11. However, sport is not always that simple. Tennessee went into their game against the Cleveland Browns in week 14 on a seven game losing streak and seemingly had no chance against the Browns. The Titans shocked them with a 31-29 to prove there is always something to play for. The Niners are unbeaten in their last three matches and come into week 15 fully charged after their bye weekend. Brock Purdy is a generational talent. If the Niners are going to do anything this season, it will be on the back of him and Christian McCaffrey. These two love playing together and I think they will link up on numerous occasions at Levi Stadium on Sunday and guide the Niners to a comfortable home win.
