After a slight delay, Love Island All Stars returns to our screens this week for a third series. Twelve former contestants will enter the Villa in South Africa, all on the hunt for love.
All Stars is different from the standard Love Island series as it contains former contestants. This makes betting on the show a different prospect, as we know a lot more about the Islanders and have expectations of how they are likely to perform.
Let’s take a look at who the top UK bookmakers think are likely to stand out in the top female and top male markets at the start of the show.
Love Island fans will not be surprised to see Millie Court and Jess Harding leading the Love Island Top Female odds market at Coral.
Both superstars won their respective seasons, with Millie winning in 2021 alongside Liam Reardon, and Jess winning in 2023 with Sammy Root. The two stars have remained popular figures on social media and have significant buzz going into the Villa. Millie and Jess are priced at 3/1 and 7/2 with Coral, respectively. We think Jess offers significant value here and could be worth a punt.
Whitney Adebayo could also be one to keep an eye on. She reached the final in 2010, eventually losing out to Jess alongside her now ex-partner, Lochan Nowacki. She was a popular figure first time around, and at 5/1 could offer some value depending on who she is partnered with.
Belle Hanson, Helena Ford, and Leanne Amaning make up the remaining women. Belle Hansen does have an iconic status among seasoned Love Island fans and is likely to get plenty of attention. She is also at 6/1.
In the male category, Tommy Bradley is making a quick return to our screens, having been on the show just last year. Bradley was a popular figure with the public, but crashed out of the Villa after recoupling with Lucy Quinn. He claims he has unfinished business in the Villa, but with rumours of Quinn entering as a bombshell, he could be receiving plenty of screen time.
William Hill are pricing him as the current favourite at 3/1. Like all seasons, a lot of his success will depend on his coupling, and if Quinn does come in, it is hard to know exactly what kind of impact this is going to have on Bradley’s chances.
As such, you might want to take a look at one of the other contestants. Ciaran Davies, who finished second in season 11, is priced at 7/2 with William Hill, providing some good value.
For the early stages of the show, only the top male and top female markets will be open. However, you can expect the top couple market to open as the show progresses, as well as the next elimination.
It is worth noting that Love Island can be one of the most volatile betting markets to bet on, hence why even the favourites are out at 3/1. The popularity of contestants and couples can change overnight, even more so than other popular shows like I'm a Celebrity or Big Brother. This does mean that you can find value if you are on the ball, but it does also mean you stand the risk of losing quickly if a contestant's popularity nosedives.
