Let’s see how Betfred are pricing up the Strictly Come Dancing winner market ahead of this week’s show.
Despite only being three weeks in, there are already two clear frontrunners in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
George Clarke is the favourite with Betfred at 6/5, with Lewis Cope in second place at 9/2. Lewis topped the scoreboard on Movie Week with an impressive 37 points, while George scored 31, and was described by judge Shirley Ballas as an ‘early frontrunner’.
Just outside these two are Vicky Pattison and Ellie Goldstein at 13/2 and 6/1, respectively. Pattison is a reality TV veteran and could present value at 13/2, as she will undoubtedly continue to improve her performances and has an established record as a popular personality with viewers. Meanwhile, Goldstein has the potential to be the feel-good story of the year.
Former Lioness Karen Carney wowed audiences with her performance in the first week, and despite being consistent with her first three performances, she has drifted out to 12/1 and could be worth keeping an eye on.
Now we’ve analysed the winners' markets, let’s see which Strictly stars Betfred believes are the most likely to be eliminated.
Following Chris Robshaw’s departure, Eastender's actress Balvinder Sopal is now the favourite to be next eliminated. She sits at 5/1 with Betfred, with UK drag star Le Voix, in second position out at 13/8.
Sopal has struggled on the show in the early weeks, and her days are likely numbered.
Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One and BBC iPlayer every Saturday at 6:30 pm, with the results airing a day later on Sunday night at 7:15 pm.
The show will continue to run throughout November and December, wrapping up just days before Christmas on December 20th.
