St Helens vs Hull FC - Thursday, August 6th - 20:00 BST
St Helens and Hull FC are not the best two teams in Super League this season - far from it. The Saints are without a permanent head coach following the dismissal of Paul Rowley, while Hull FC have lost seven matches in succession and have not won in the league since beating Huddersfield Giants back on June 13. The Saints have suffered a lot of injuries this season, but they have George Whitby back after undergoing knee surgery in June. Matty Evans also returns after missing the loss at York Knights due to concussion protocols. Hull will be without Davy Litten after picking up an ankle problem, while Arthur Romano is expected to make his long awaited return from injury. Will Pryce, John Asiata, Sam Lisone, Ligi Sao, Brad Fash and Will Kirby remain out. Hull will struggle against the Saints, but without Litten the task has got even harder. Jack Welsby has been in the news recently about where his future lies, so he will be keen to show the fans that his heart is still with St Helens. I am backing the home team to come out top with an 11-15 points margin win. I have a feeling Welsby will score for the fourth game in succession to take his tally to double figures. I am also backing Harry Robertson and Jake Davies to cross for the Saints.

Wakefield Trinity vs Leeds Rhinos - Friday, August 7th - 20:00 BST
This should be the best game of the weekend with second place Wakefield Trinity playing host to league leaders Leeds Rhinos. The Rhinos top the table with 34 points thanks to 17 wins from 21 matches, while Trinity are two points behind them. It is very hard to call this game. Leeds are one of the best teams in the league - along with Wakefield and Wigan Warriors - but the gap is not that big. Wakefield are more than capable of knocking over the Rhinos. It would be great for the game if Wakefield won and Wigan beat Toulouse because three teams would be level on points with five matches to play. Lachlan Walmsley returns for Wakefield in the only change with Jordan Williams dropping out. Leeds, on the other hand, welcome back captain Ash Handley following Appendicitis, while Ryan Hall and Alfie Edgell have also been included. I hope to sit down and watch these two teams go at it for 80 minutes in an entertaining contest, but I have to back Leeds. They seem to have the edge at the minute and if Jake Connor is allowed to control matters, then it could be a long night for the home team. I am going with Leeds with a 6-10 point win with Brodie Croft, James McDonnell and Lachlan Miller scoring for the Rhinos with Tom Johnstone crossing for Wakefield.

Wigan Warriors vs Toulouse - Saturday, August 8th - 17:30 BST
Wigan Warriors could end up joint top of the Super League ladder this weekend if they beat Toulouse and Wakefield beat Leeds, but we'll skip past that for now. The Warriors have not lost in Super League since they fielded a team full of youngsters away at Hull KR a week before the Challenge Cup Final. They suffered a 62-4 defeat that loss but got revenge on Rovers a week later with a 40-10 success at Wembley in the Cup Final. They have since won nine successive Super League matches, including two wins over fierce rivals St Helens. Adam Keighran will miss out again through injury, but Jai Field, Harry Smith, Bevan French, Brad O'Neill and Oliver Partington will all feature. Toulouse have injury concerns with Olly Ashall-Bott still out with a hamstring injury, while James Roumanos, Louis Grossemy and Thomas Lacans are all out. This should be a comfortable win for the Warriors, but they do have the tendency to struggle in games they are expected to win easily. I don't think that will happen on Saturday. I am backing Wigan to win by 21-35 points with Field, French, Zach Eckersley, Jake Wardle and Partington all scoring tries.

Super League Round 22 Player Anytime Try Scorer Accas
This is a new section I have added to my rugby league tips. These are some of the personal bets I place each weekend. I choose the Super League games I want to watch - normally all of them that do not clash with Wigan - and I place a four player try scorer acca on each game.
