It’s finally here - that one time of the year when we all pretend to like American football because the pubs get to stay open until 4am on a Sunday.
We merely jest, of course, the Super Bowl is one of the most-watched and exciting sports spectacles across the world - and it’s never been more popular in the UK than right now.
There’s a fairytale story with the Bengals, as Ohio-born Joe Burrow is on the cusp of leading the Bengals to an unlikely Super Bowl. On the other side of the fence, the Rams have a good narrative of their own - it’s a home Super Bowl for them, and it’s the first, and possibly last chance for veteran quarterback Matt Stafford to get his finger inside of a Super Bowl ring.
What matters most to us though, is that it brings with it a lot of great betting opportunities. All of the odds contained within our Super Bowl betting 56 guide are correct at the time of writing on 11/02/22 and have been lifted directly from Ladbrokes.

At the start of the season, the Bengals were 100/1 to make their first Super Bowl appearance since 1988. But they have defied the odds and made it to LA, with a 10-7 regular-season record and some impressive playoff performances.
The Bengals have been behind in all of their playoff games so far, but have gone on to win following a strong second-half showing. We, therefore, like the look of the Bengals to score 13.5+ points in the 2nd half at 6/4.
The Rams’ Super Bowl appearance is perhaps less surprising than the Bengals, as their team is stacked with talent. Stan Kroenke has proven to be a popular owner since moving the franchise to LA (Yes Arsenal fans, he is liked on the other side of the Atlantic!).
The opposite to their opponents, the Rams have favored strong starts, before tending to fade out. We, therefore, like the Rams on at -6.0 on the 1st half spread @ 7/5.
The focus will mostly be on the two quarterbacks, Joe Burrow and Matt Stafford, who are both at very different stages of their careers. However, the Rams also have a couple of star wide receivers in the form of Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Junior. The Bengals have one of the hottest rookie WR in the form of Ja’Marr Chase.
We’re going to make our prediction based on the old football commentary cliché and say that this will be a game of two halves, The Bengals are a strong second-half team, while the Rams have a tendency to blow teams away in the first half before often allow their opponents back into the game in the 3rd and 4th quarters. We, therefore, like the look of the Rams -6.5 @ 29/20 and the Bengals +4.5 2nd half @ 3/5.
