Chambers scored five times, and got the assist for Chloe Wild’s goal as the side moved up to fourth in the table.
She wrapped up a hat-trick in eight first half minutes, and added a fourth just before the break leaving the visitors shell-shocked and chasing the game.
Wild added her goal 20 minutes into the second half, with Chambers scoring her final goal with nine minutes left.
There may be frustration that Alnwick were able to pull two goals back in the last ten minutes but it won’t take the gloss off a victory.
After a tough opening day defeat, Tom Fitton’s side are now finding their feet in the division after successfully applying for promotion to this level for the first time.
Stockport County Ladies added another point after taking a 2-2 draw at Chester-le-Street Ladies.
