After relegation to the National League South in the 2024/2025 season, Dagenham & Redbridge were instilled as heavy favourites for the 2025/2026 season but limped to a disappointing 13th place season. KSI invested in the club towards the end of the campaign, appointing the talented Lee Allinson as the new manager. He has shown ambition, signing a host of players by June. We take a look at those he's signed below.
A key early capture, Nathan Ashmore arrives on a two-year contract after his standout time with Boreham Wood, where he established himself as one of non-league’s most reliable goalkeepers. Ashmore’s leadership from the back, commanding presence in the box, and consistency shot-stopping give Allinson a strong foundation to build from.
The first signing of the summer, Harry Beautyman brings wide Football League experience and creative spark to the Daggers. A goal-scoring midfielder who has featured in League One and League Two, Beautyman is valued not just for his technical qualities but also for his professionalism and hunger to make matches decisive - even turning down other National League interest to join his local club after back-to-back double figure goal tally.
At just 22, Henry Hawkins offers both physicality and calmness on the ball in central defence. A product of Queens Park Rangers’ youth system, Hawkins commanded youth sides and impressed on loan in non-league. Allinson describes him as someone whose “aggressive, composed and physically strong” profile perfectly matches the club’s style for the season. He signs from Enfield where he made 69 appearances over two years, winning the player of the season award in 2025/2026.
Signed on a two-year deal, Antony Papadopoulos brings versatility and goal threat from midfield. After progressing through Leyton Orient’s academy and gaining senior experience through loans, he’s shown a knack for scoring in cup competitions and adapting to various midfield roles. He joins from Crawley.
Forward Kymani Thomas arrives on a one-year deal and is hailed for pace, directness and scoring prowess at non-league level. The young attacker scored 14 goals in a historic season for Brentwood Town (step 3) including in the playoffs against Billericay.
One of the standout captures in this window, Noah Coppin joins with genuine goal-scoring pedigree - 19 goals in all competitions last season with Salisbury, where he played 50 games and was consistently among the division’s most effective attackers. Allinson called his addition a statement signing- a direct, flexible attacking player who can operate in multiple positions.
With a two-year contract, left-back Liam Vincent arrives as another energetic defender who is strong both defensively and going forward. The versatile full-back as a wealth of experience at this level, despite being just 23.
A familiar figure for Allinson, Jet Dyer spent the latter part of last season on loan under him at Hemel Hempstead before earning a one-year deal at Victoria Road. A left-footed centre-back, Dyer is valued for his comfort on the ball and game intelligence
Midfielder Archie Tamplin has joined on a two-year deal after his contract with Chelmsford City expired. Since arriving at Chelmsford, the Romford-born midfielder has established himself as an energetic and reliable presence in the centre of the park. Tamplin enjoyed an impressive debut season with the Clarets, making over 45 appearances across all competitions and picking up both the Young Player of the Season and Away Coaches’ Player of the Season awards.
The arrival of Kane Crichlow from Sutton United adds another creative dimension. A Bermuda international with experience at higher levels, Crichlow offers flair, vision and control in midfield.
The 22-year-old right back joins from Chesham, making 44 out of 46 league appearances. A product of the Crystal Palace academy, Addae is a quick, athletic goal scoring full back, also known for his long throw.
Davide Rodari came through the youth systems of Inter Milan, Novara, Pro Vercelli and Swiss side Lugano before moving to England in 2016. After joining Hastings United, he established himself as one of the most prolific forwards in non-league football, earning a move to League Two side Crawley Town in January 2021. Rodari made his professional debut in the FA Cup against Bournemouth and scored his first EFL goal against Bolton Wanderers during his time with the Red Devils.
During his spell at Crawley, Rodari gained valuable experience on loan with Worthing, Dorking Wanderers and Dartford, enjoying success with Worthing as part of their Sussex Senior Cup-winning side. He returned to Hastings United in 2023, where he continued to impress before joining Hampton & Richmond Borough ahead of the 2025/26 campaign. A move to Sutton United followed in December 2025, reuniting him with former Hastings manager Chris Agutter and adding National League experience to an already well-travelled career.
