They head into Saturday’s FA Trophy fixture against Weston SuperMare off the back of a 5-0 drubbing away to National League leaders Chesterfield.
Weston Super Mare have seen plenty of goals in their recent games with their last seven fixtures seeing an average of 4.7 goals scored. Sat just one point outside the playoffs, Gateshead themselves have seen plenty of entertainment, with 88 goals scored in their 26 league games for an average of 3.4 goals across the season.

As part of the aforementioned treble, backing Weston Super Mare could turn out to be very fruitful.

A raucous home crowd will be right behind them as they look to attack National League Barnet and pull off a shock result. Barnet find themselves third in the National League and like Saturday’s opponents, have seen plenty of entertainment in their league fixtures so far. With 97 goals scored across their 28 league games so far this season, for an average of 3.46 goals per game, it is fair to say that this game is likely to excite.

The final game in the overs goal acca sees Aveley welcome AFC Fylde in the FA Trophy. Aveley are performing well above expectations after promotion to the National League South as they sit in 7th place, occupying a play-off place. Their home games this season have seen plenty of action, averaging 3 goals per game.
