We have another five stories from Non-League, including sacked managers, dramatic last-minute winners and heavy wins.
Worthing were one of a few teams with Saturday and Tuesday games. Saturday saw them host a Slough side flying high in the league. The Visitors raced into a lead after four minutes through Francis Amartey, before goals from Muhammadu Faal and Danny Cashman fired the hosts into a half-time lead.
Goals from Joel Colbran and another from Danny Cashman had Worthing 4-1 up and comfortable on the hour mark. However, Sam Evans and then Leon Chambers-Parillon made it 4-3 in the 65th minute. A Muhammadu Faal red card three minutes later made for nervy viewing in the last 22 minutes, but Chris Agutter's side held firm and won 4-3.
They then travelled to struggling Bath on Tuesday night, winning 0-2 despite being on the back foot for the majority of the game. The Rebels now host Morecambe in a historic FA Cup game on Saturday.
Blyth Spartans AFC has announced a transition to a community-owned model, securing the club’s future through a new community interest company (CIC). This structure, supported by the Green Army fan group, sponsors, and the Football Supporters Association, ensures that the club’s assets are protected from private profit interests, aligning with long-term community goals.
Martin Trinder, acting as interim chairman, emphasized the club’s commitment to local stakeholders and continuity in operations. In addition, former manager Tom Wade has temporarily rejoined the club to support coaching, with David Stockdale departing the club. With Spartans sat bottom of the NPL Premier Division, things might finally be starting to look up for the Northumberland-based side.
Boston United announced the departure of highly popular manager Ian Culverhouse this week after a winless run that stretches back to September.
The Pilgrims currently sit 23rd in the league with just two wins under their belt - both coming away from home. However, due to last season's heroics in getting promoted against the odds through the playoffs, many people feel Culverhouse should've been given more time.
A big crowd of 3,961 was active at the Shay to watch Halifax host Yorkshire rivals York. 2225 of the crowd were following the away team and they were treated to a dramatic ending.
The Shaymen took the lead after 14 minutes through Jamie Cooke. Chris Millington's defensively resolute looked to be heading towards a crucial three points in their playoff push, before a chaotic injury time.
Young loanee defender Malachi Fagan-Walcott headed the Minstermen level in the first minute of added time, before a smartly worked free-kick saw Ollie Pearce head home in front of a jubilant terrace full of his adoring fans, sparking jubilant scenes.
Halifax now have a week off, while York travels to League One Wycombe in the First Round of the FA Cup.

A few matches ago, Buxton were battling National League North relegation but now sit ninth, just two points off the playoff places.
A shock 0-1 win at Chester halted a three-game losing streak heading into two games against recently promoted teams Needham Market and Radcliffe.
The Bucks dismantled Needham Market, winning 7-1 at their Tarmac Silverlands Stadium, rushing into a 3-0 lead after 23 minutes thanks to a Tom Elliot goal and Cian Coleman brace. Nico Valentine pulled one back for the visitors before two more Elliot goals and a Connor Kirby goal put the hosts into a commanding 6-1 half time lead.
Diego De Girolamo then made it seven late on to round off an emphatic win. A few days later, John McGrath's side travlled to Radcliffe as underdogs, with late goals from Connor Kirby and Diego De Girolamo giving a 0-2 win.
