It is only a matter of time before Paul Cook’s Chesterfield side make the return back to League Two after completely decimating the rest of the National League this season as the Spireites currently find themselves 23 points clear at the top of the table.

Wanderers are on a troubling run of 3 consecutive losses and are faced with a tough task if they want to put a stop to that as they host Solihull Moors on Saturday.

Saturday’s opponents Solihull sit in fourth place and look set to finish in a play-off place come the end of the season. Andrew Whing’s team have been on a good run of form of late and have suffered just one loss in their last ten games in all competitions.
The Moors have provided lots of entertainment in the National League this season and have seen 114 goals scored for a total season average of 3 goals per game. These two sides have met just three times in recent years since Dorking’s promotion from the National League South, with all three having identical results, with Solihull winning 3-0

Adam Hinshelwood’s York City side have been on a disastrous run in the National League recently and the Minstermen currently find themselves on a run of eight games without a win. They occupy 23rd place on 40 points and are three points adrift of safety with several of the teams above them boasting games on hand.
With York being on the receiving end of some big losses this season, it means they have seen a plethora of goals across their 39 league games with 112 for an average of 2.87 goals per game.
On Saturday, they welcome Aldershot Town and are faced with a tough task if they are to get a result from the game. Tommy Widdrington’s side have surprised everyone with their performances this season and are performing well above pre-season expectations by occupying fifth place and a play off spot. The Shots are on a solid run of form, losing just one game in their last six National League games.
They are the leagues entertainers this season, constantly featuring in high scoring encounters and have seen 136 goals across their 38 league games for an average of 3.58 goals per game.
