General Manager (Women’s and Girls’)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced sports administrator to join one of the country’s leading female football clubs, Brighton & Hove Albion Women’s FC.
We are now recruiting for a General Manager who will be based at our world class training facility, the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. Albion were recently awarded tier 1 status for the FA’s new girls Regional Talent Club (RTC) programme and the women’s first team will now compete in The FA Women's Super League (FAWSL) next year having recently won the FAWPL play-off final and met on and off-field licensing criteria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both of these vitally important areas of the club and responsible for all day-to-day operational responsibilities within Brighton and Hove Albion (Women’s and Girls') programmes. Candidates will need to be flexible with regards to working hours including weekend and evening working.

Women’s First Team Coach

We are now recruiting for a Women’s First-Team Coach to be based at our world-class training facility; the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. The Women’s First Team recently won the FAWPL play-off final and having also met on and off-field licensing criteria, will compete in The FA Women’s Super League (WSL) in 2017. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a successful first-team squad, while developing and delivering a coaching programme of the highest standard.
Applicants must be FA licensed coaches and hold a minimum of a ‘UEFA A’ Certificate with an FA Youth Award for Modules 1, 2 and 3, along with FA Safeguarding and FA Emergency Aid certification.
Candidates will ideally have previous experience of coaching in the Women’s Super League (or equivalent elite level league or national team). They will need to be flexible with regards to working hours to attend all given training sessions and match days.
