We have another midweek slate of non-league football and Matthew O'Regan has his five best bets across three different leagues.
The Southern Premier League South is a personal favourite for goal bets, and this week's slate looks no different.
Chertsey stormed to the Isthmian South Central Division title last year, losing just once on their way to over 100 points. Mark Harper's side have adapted to life in step three well, and currently sit 12th with games in hands on those above them.
With 43 goals scored and 43 conceded in 22 games, their matches average just shy of four goals, with 19 of their 22 games having at least three goals.
Poole Town sit six places behind the Curfews but only two points off. The Dolphins are in a slump, failing to win any of their last eight games. While their games only average 2.6 goals, away from home, there is an increase in goals, with over 2.5 goals landing 7/11 times, including five of their last six.
Prediction: Over 3.0 Asian Goal Line @1.975
Harborough were one of the feel-good stories of the FA Cup, reaching the second round for the first time in their history, forcing extra time away at League One Reading.
The Bees started the season slowly but are quickly gaining momentum, winning four on the bounce and putting them in seventh, just eight points off table toppers Kettering. While Harborough games were low-scoring to start the season, they have picked up in the goal regard, with ten of their last 12 in all competitions seeing at least three goals.
They host lowly AFC Sudbury, who occupy the last relegation spot. The Suds have amassed a reputation of being good for youth development and they will be hoping the crop of talented youngsters can steer them to safety. Three losses in a row and four from their last five make things bleak for the Suffolk side, whose games are averaging three goals.
Of their ten away games, their last eight have seen at least three goals, with the exceptions of a 1-1 draw at Banbury (who rank last for o2.5 goals) and away at Stourbridge who rank second last for this statistic at home.
Prediction: Over 2.5 Goals @1.75
The National League North is as tight as ever, with nine points separating South Shields in 12th and Curzon Ashton in first. While Leamington aren't in the promotion conversation, they face a battle to stay in the league but are eight points clear.
The Brakes halted a six-game losing streak by beating table-toppers Curzon just before Christmas, before losing at Brackley on Boxing Day. Their only game in 2025 was a 2-1 win over Hereford so they come into this in winning form.
They have been strong at home, taking the most points per game. Of their 11 games at the New Windmill Ground, ten have seen two or more goals, while their last four league games have seen at least three goals.
Chester were weakened with the news that goalkeeper Elhy Harrison was recalled by Manchester United, further stretching the Seals defensively. However, they signed Connor Woods from Warrington who should make his debut on Tuesday night. The 26-year-old is second in the league for expected assists while also scoring 29 goals in 92 appearances for Warrington.
Calum McIntyre's side have seen at least two goals in nine of their 11 away games, with their last three seeing 14 goals.
Prediction: Over 2.0 Goal Line @1.775
Marlow joined Chertsey in getting promoted to the Southern Premier League South. The Blues have struggled thus far and sit 13 points off safety after conceding 65 in 25 games, losing their last four and six of their last seven. With their games averaging 3.64 goals, 9/12 at home and 19/25 in total have seen at least three goals, including ten of their last 11.
Tiverton are also in the relegation zone but are nine points clear of Marlow. Tivvy are six without a win but will fancy their chances of ending the drought on Tuesday evening. 9/12 away games have seen over 2.5 goals.
Prediction: Over 3.0 Goals @1.850
The stand-out game in Non-League takes place in South Wales, with table toppers Merthyr Town hosting second-place AFC Totton in a mouthwatering clash.
The Martyrs have scored a whopping 71 in 24 games, with 38 coming in just 12 home games, winning nine and drawing three. Paul Michael's side have three players on double digits for the season, with Ricardo Rees, Lewys Twamley and Kane Simpson scoring 52 goals between them. 10/12 games at Pen-Y-Darren Park have seen over 2.5 goals.
AFC Totton have only seen at least three goals in half of their away games, but boast a potent attack in Tony Lee, Charlie Austin and Scott Rendell, so should contribute to the scoring in an enthralling encounter.
Prediction: Over 2.5, 3.0 goals @1.800
