A friend of mine told me about Betsuna for its extensive range of casino games and sports selections. I was immediately interested. So, I decided to do a proper Betsuna review to see what this new site was all about.
Turns out Betsuna was much more impressive than I expected. Whatever I had in mind, it was definitely not 2,500+ casino games from over 50 software providers, plus 40 different sports with more than 2,000 betting markets. If you’ve been considering Betsuna, this is your guide. This guide covers everything you need to know about Betsuna.
Betsuna is one of the new names to have emerged in the UK gambling space. It’s operated by ProgressPlay Limited, whose head office is at Kolonakiou 26, Office No. 18, Agios Athanasios, Limassol, 4103, Cyprus. ProgressPlay Limited is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).
Betsuna operates in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 (as amended), which governs real-money betting in the UK. In other words, Betsuna adheres to the latest regulation, which stipulates that under current UK online slots stake limits, players aged 18-24 are limited to £2 per spin. Those aged 25 and above can stake £5 per cycle (where applicable).
Betsuna has a casino and sports section. Regarding the former, there are 2,500+ casino games from over 50 studios, whereas the sportsbook features 40+ sports with over 2,000 betting markets. Betsuna offers much more than I found in my Slots Rush review.
Betsuna has separate welcome bonuses for its casino and sportsbook. Casino players get 100% of their initial deposit up to £100 plus 50 free spins on Bigger Bass Splash. Sports fans, on the other hand, get £50 in free bets after depositing and staking £10. Note that there’s a 1x wagering requirement for the bonus win from the free bets, and no Betsuna promo code is required to collect either the sports or casino bonus. The free bets and bonus wins (where applicable) have a 7-day validity period.
Terms and conditions apply to the opening rewards, and I recommend you read through them before claiming the offers. I also found several other bonuses on Betsuna, but I won’t be discussing them here, as I already have a full review of that. If interested, you should check it out.
It’s no secret that the Betsuna casino lobby is quite rich with games from various studios. I’ll cover the game categories, the providers, and my experience during the review.
I found slots, table games, casual, and live casino games in the game lobby. Some of the casino games I tried my hand at were Duel at Dawn, Buffalo King Megaways, 3 Irish Treasures, and Age of Pyramids. Then I got into some live action with Always 9 Baccarat, Quantum Blackjack Plus, Immersive Roulette, and Ice Fishing.
I had such an amazing time in Betsuna’s game lobby that I wished I could go through all of the titles. Unfortunately, that was practically impossible given the sheer volume.
When I started looking into Betsuna, I was immediately impressed with its website design and overall functionality. From the start, you can already tell it was built with the players in mind.
The orange buttons on a dark theme work well together to create a beautiful interface. Even the arrangement feels intentional.
The header section features buttons that help you easily switch between the casino and the sportsbook. Beside them is the “Live” button in case you’re interested in real-time action. Next to the Live button is a search bar, so you can quickly find your favourite games. The top-left corner of the header section has a dropdown menu with relevant buttons such as “Promotions”, “About us”, and “Support”.
Below the header, Betsuna showcases its current promotions. Then you have the casino games or sports selections, depending on which tab you’re currently on. Above the site footer, Betsuna displays the available payment methods (more on this in a bit).
The site footer contains links to Responsible Gaming, Terms, Privacy, and Sport rules, with the site’s licences directly below them. Just as in my SlotSite review, I tested the Betsuna website on both mobile and PC to see how it performs. Thankfully, there was no noticeable difference, as everything ran smoothly without lag.
One reason Betsuna’s ratings remain positive is its range of payment options. For UK players, Betsuna supports Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Trustly, MuchBetter, and Payz.
I chose Mastercard for my initial deposit, thus activating my welcome free bets. The deposit appeared in my virtual currency balance immediately, allowing me to start playing right away. Some payment methods are available for deposits only, not withdrawals.
When I requested a withdrawal, I was asked to complete the KYC process, which included submitting my ID and other documents to verify my identity. One thing to keep in mind, though: requesting withdrawals can void active or pending bonuses, so check the terms before you proceed.
The table below summarises everything you need to know about the different methods:
| Payment method | Min. deposit | Max. deposit | Deposit time | Withdrawal time |
| Mastercard | £10 | £5,000 | Instant | 3-7 business days |
| Visa | £10 | £5,000 | Instant | 3-7 business days |
| PayPal | £10 | £5,000 | Instant | 3-7 business days |
| Apple Pay | £10 | £5,000 | Instant | N/A for withdrawal |
| Paysafecard | £10 | £700 | Instant | N/A for withdrawal |
| Trustly | £20 | £700 | Instant | 3 business days |
| MuchBetter | £20 | N/A | Instant | N/A for withdrawal |
| Payz | £20 | N/A | Instant | 3 business days |
Note that withdrawal times are typical estimates. They can change due to verification and network connectivity.
Betsuna claims to offer 24/7, 365-day live customer support, but I find that debatable. When you click the support button, it takes you to the Help Centre page, which, admittedly, has really helpful articles for the most frequently asked questions from players. The problem, however, is that there’s virtually no way to communicate with support in real time.
A live chat button “occasionally” pops up. In one of those instances, I hastily clicked, only to discover that it’s an AI bot, which wasn’t helpful in any meaningful way. There’s no space to type, just pre-made prompts to click through. Finally, it asked me to open a ticket, which I did.
Within a few minutes, I got a notification that my ticket had been resolved and closed. The agent, Ben, simply referred me to the Help Centre page, and that was it. I couldn’t find any other contact information, which was a bit frustrating and a stark difference from my experience when I did a Playzee review.
Now, it’d be unfair not to cut Betsuna some slack. Betsuna’s Help Centre page is indeed loaded and would suffice in most scenarios. Plus, it’s a new betting site with potential. That said, I’d still like to see more support options. However, I’m not so worried because there’s still a lot of room for improvement, so I remain positive about the future.
I began my Betsuna review by tracing its origin. So, I found that Betsuna is operated by ProgressPlay Limited, a limited liability company with its head office at Kolonakiou 26, Office No. 18, Agios Athanasios, Limassol, 4103, Cyprus.
Here in the UK, Betsuna’s licence number is 39335, so you can rest assured you’re dealing with a legitimate site.
On the security front, Betsuna uses 128-bit SSL encryption plus firewall technology to protect your privacy as you place your bets. It also implements strict age verification and KYC checks. These measures ensure every player on the site is of legal age and is exactly who they claim to be. In all fairness, this is industry standard, as I noticed the same during a recent PlayKasino review.
You're probably hearing this much about Betsuna for the first time because the site was founded this year. It’s the new kid in the neighbourhood, but unlike other newbies we’ve seen, there’s something interesting about this one.
First, it offers an elaborate game lobby for slot lovers, featuring 2,500+ casino games from over 50 reputable software providers. Alongside the casino is a sports section featuring 40+ sports competitions and over 2,000 underlying betting markets. It’s hard to ignore such a range, especially coming from a new name.
Besides the range, other factors such as its bonuses and well-optimised interface make it even more appealing to UK players and help explain its rapid growth. Betsuna features several payment methods, therefore making deposits and withdrawals fast, secure, and convenient.
It also has above-average security measures in place to ensure that a player’s data is protected at all times as they bet on their favourite games. As already mentioned, it achieves this through 128-bit SSL encryption, firewall technology, age verification, and mandatory KYC checks.
That said, improvement is still needed in certain areas, for example, the customer support channels, but this is normal, as Rome wasn’t built in a day. In the meantime, though, Betsuna has ticked most of the important boxes and should be commended for it. Click the banners on this page to access Betsuna’s official site. Register with your correct details, and you’re ready to get started.
