Are you ready for a brilliant Blighty Bingo bonus?

Plenty of bingo sites are following the lead set by online casinos, whereby there’s a welcome bonus to collect upon joining. This makes it easier for you to try the site for the first time. You’ll usually receive a welcome package in exchange for signing up and making a deposit.

Our Blighty Bingo review continues by offering newcomers 64 free bingo tickets for a deposit of just £10. You can use 60 tickets on the Street Party bingo game, and the remaining four are available for the Big Bang game. The offer also includes 10 free spins, available to use on the famous Fluffy Favourites slot game. Your winnings on the slot cannot go over £1, but you’d receive real cash into your cash balance if you did get that amount.

Our Blighty Bingo review and rating for site usability

Arriving at good old Blighty gives you the chance to read about the welcome package, as this takes up the first portion of the homepage. Large links to the bingo, slots and game areas are at the top of the site, making navigation simple long before you create an account. You can also hit the support tab on the right of the page to go straight to the FAQs if you need them. The homepage gives you a quick glance at some bingo rooms and slot titles, so it does a great job of introducing you to the most important parts of the site. Getting around certainly isn’t a problem, as we found while writing this Blighty Bingo review. Navigation is covered in our Chat Mag Bingo review too if you’d like to read that. Blighty Bingo uses blocks of colour on the landing page to guide you to further facts about the site. Add in the quick loading times, great information, and the menu at the bottom of the page to provide other useful links, and you’ve got a design that really does hit all the marks. Five minutes after arriving on your first visit, you’ll be moving around as if you’ve been there for ages.

Making payments - is this a breeze to do?

While exploring the site, we noticed just three payment logos at the foot of the page. Two were for Visa and Mastercard, but as a UK site adhering to the laws and regulations of this country, we know that credit cards aren’t permitted. Clearly, we are looking at two debit card possibilities there. PayPal joins them as the other method to consider. Seeing which methods you could use is vital, as you’ll see on other sites by reading our Cupcake Bingo review or Giant Bingo review, and other similar ones here.

While researching this portion of our Blighty Bingo review, we headed for the FAQ section in the absence of a banking page. Fortunately, a payments area appears near the top. This mentions using the cashier via your account page once you’ve logged in. While the section does mention credit cards, we can only assume this is either an error or that they’re only available for those not in the UK. The cashier area does hold all the information about all your transactions, so it’s handy to check there if you need to. We were pleased to see prepaid cards on offer as well. You can even call them to deposit that way if you’d prefer not to do so online. The processing time for withdrawals is two days, but it may take longer to complete each one, depending on how you’re doing it. Wire transfer is potentially the slowest method, with Neteller and PayPal coming out on top at between four and five days.

Can you get hold of someone if you need help?

You don’t want to sign up for any site only to find you can’t get hold of anyone if you run into any issues. This Blighty Bingo review now moves onto the support features (you’ll see we cover this in our Rosy Bingo review too). The quickest path to take is to go for the support tab, as this stays in position on the right of all site pages, regardless of whether you’re scrolling through them or not. Once inside the support area, you can scroll to find the support tab in the FAQ section. They provide a link to a contact form, which should result in a reply within 48 hours. We also spotted a help link at the bottom of the page, which took us to another useful page. This gave a free phone number for UK residents to use, available from 10am to 2am each day. Members can also sign in and find the help area to use their live chat feature if desired. This might well be the preferred method, and the availability of this service is the same as the phone line. We should point out that the FAQ area itself is quite extensive and easy to read, with an expanding section of info for each topic. This allows you to easily access just what you need to know.

Our Blighty Bingo review moves onto security matters

The answers to licensing and security topics should be at the foot of the site. You might know this if you’ve checked our Crocodile Bingo review already. The ownership information gives their address and licence details for the UK Gambling Commission. An easier way of checking the licence is to select the Gambling Commission logo, as this takes you straight to the page you need. It should confirm the licence is still valid.

Other logos link to other important sites as well, including GamCare and GamStop. They also show their commitment to responsible gaming via the large logos for BeGambleAware and the Responsible Gambling UK site. We can also rely on a secure connection whenever visiting Blighty Bingo. The padlock appears in the correct place, confirming that there is a connection, along with the https:// you want to see. We were also reassured to see fair play and responsible gaming links in their lower menu, further proving how serious they are about providing all their players with a safe and enjoyable place to play bingo and slot games. If you need information about gaming with them, you certainly have plenty to read. We think the site has the right balance of information and support on all these topics, clearly exceeding its responsibilities in these areas.

Can you get that VIP feeling?

You can! Rewards programmes aren’t guaranteed on any site, but Blighty Bingo delivers in this area. They keep up the British feel by talking about the points as loyal-tea points, this looks like a quirk rather than the name of the programme. We spotted details of the VIP programme inside the FAQs, so if you want to read more, that’s the best place to begin. Incidentally, if you want to know more about similar programmes elsewhere, you can read our other reviews, including our Tombola Bingo review. In this case, Blighty Bingo puts you at the first level when you bet £1. Whenever you reach a new level, you’ll stay there, even if you don’t play for a while. Different levels offer various bonuses, such as free bingo tickets and even free spins on certain slots. If you receive anything like this, it will only be available for that day. So, check your account daily to see if you’ve got any bonuses to use and make sure you do use them, otherwise they’ll disappear. They always provide full terms and conditions for any freebies you might receive. It’s an easy programme to understand and enjoy as part of your membership.

Our Blighty Bingo review covers all their bingo rooms

You’ll see lots of those rooms available too, even before you decide to join their bingo site. If you’re a fan of classic 90-ball bingo, you’ll find plenty of rooms offering that experience. They also offer lots of 75-ball options and even cater to the 52-ball crowd. The British theme crops up in the Blighty 90 bingo game, but there’s plenty of variety throughout the rooms. Some of the bingo games focus on days of the week too, so watch out for a chance to buy some tickets for everything from Monday Chill to Saucy Sunday along the way.

What about ticket prices - are they affordable to buy?

We couldn’t write this Blighty Bingo review without touching on the ticket prices of their bingo games. We can reassure you that the games offer tickets from as little as one penny each. There are other rooms with ticket prices of 5p, 10p, 50p, and even up to £10 for the Ace Club Big Bang room. Fortunately, you can easily check the price ahead of buying tickets for any of the rooms. There’s also a Free4U bingo room which is indeed free. The jackpot is much smaller there, of course, but it’s nice to see Blighty Bingo covering all the price points across its range of games.

Is Blighty Bingo legit to play at?

It certainly is - we loved the variety of games, themes, and titles on the site. It’s also nice to switch from the classic 90-ball bingo game to some more unusual and faster-paced 75-ball games. The British theme permeates through the entire site, games included, without becoming too overpowering. With daily games available for every player, Blighty Bingo does deliver an appealing selection of bingo action.

I was very impressed by the wide variety of games and the many bingo halls as well. In general, everything is very practical to use, in both sessions, so if you are interested, you can go there aware that you will not have major difficulties, on the contrary, I hope it will be a very positive and fun experience like mine.
