Hot Streak is a new UK online bookmaker with lots to offer. I’ve had the chance to test it and see what it’s all about, and my initial impressions have been great.
Based on my findings, I’ve created a complete Hot Streak review below where I dive into its features like betting, security, payments, and promotions. I think this looks to be a solid entry into the UK bookmakers market. If you read on you can find out more and see if you want to give it a try for yourself.
For a comprehensive look at the promos this site offers, check out my full Hot Streak promo code review. For now though, I’ll introduce you to the bonuses, including the potential signup offer you can get.
When I completed the Hot Streak register process, I was able to opt in to a welcome bonus that potentially gives bettors £20 in free bets. To be eligible for this, you have to make a £10 initial bet on any sports market with minimum odds of 2.0 or higher. Once this bet has settled, whether it wins or loses, you’ll get the £20 in free bets.
You get a single £20 free bet token, and you have to use this within 7 days of its activation on your account. Like the welcome bonus, the free bet token has minimum odds of 2.0 or higher, and when you use it, the original free bet stake value is not returned - only any winnings you might get.
Hot streak has new welcome UK Casino offer, this offer gives you 25 Free spins on Big Bass Splash 1000. The Free Spins are credited within 7 days of meeting the requirements and will be valid for another 7 days.
It should be noted that this offer is available to new players who are 18 years and above only. There is currently no expiry date on this promo offer so it is valid until further notice.
The minimum required deposit and wager is £5 on slots. The maximum reward is 25 Free Spins. Winnings generated from free spins are capped at £5. There is however a 1x wagering requirement before you can claim.
The Free Spins can only be used on Big Bass Splash 1000 and the spins are valued 10p. The platform has a maximum payout of £5.
T&Cs apply.
Not only is there a decent signup bonus, but when creating my Hot Streak reviews, I also found several other promos and features for existing customers, including:
I’m a big fan of the two weekly bet features as these work as a type of loyalty reward for repeat customers. There also looked to be a range of seasonal events tied with important sports events, or things like Christmas.
I spent most of my time at Hot Streak browsing the betting markets and exploring the team and player picks I could make. I think this is the main selling point of the site. As you’ll see below, it offers a versatile range of sports, and a massive range of betting options.
A major positive for Hot Streak is the range of sports you can bet on, which currently includes:
Football, tennis, cricket, American football, basketball, snooker, golf, Aussie Rules, badminton, Bandy, baseball, boxing, cycling, darts, esports, floorball, Formula 1, futsal, Gaelic sports, MMA, handball, ice hockey, LaCrosse, MotoGP, politics, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Speedway, table tennis, volleyball, water polo, motorsports, sumo, and winter sports.
This is one of the most extensive lists I’ve seen and I think regardless of what sports you follow, you’ll find some betting options at Hot Streak. It’s not just the volume either - they have great coverage for most of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-tier leagues and events. For example, with basketball, you’ve got NBA betting, but also FIBA, EuroLeague, and the Greek League.
Footy fans will love the betting options at Hot Streak. You’ve got all the major leagues including the EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Ligue 1. Plus you can drill down to the lower leagues and make bets all the way down to the Conference. All the international and domestic cups and events are supported too, such as the World Cup, Champions League, and FA Cup.
I really got on with the live betting setup at this UK online bookmaker too as you’ve got live options for all events as far as I could see. There is some limited live streaming available, but I really liked the 2D game render they provide so you can watch the flow of the games. There’s also a great selection of stats so you can make more informed decisions on your live betting.
Using my own testing, and looking at other Hot Streak ratings in the United Kingdom, I wanted to make sure this bookmaker is the real deal, and that it has all its core features in place. With that in mind, I looked at licensing, security, transparency, support, and its banking system.
I first wanted to make sure that Hot Streak bookmaker is legit, so I checked its licensing information. Everything checks out here. Hot Streak has a gambling license from the UK Gambling Commission, under license number 57869. The site is owned by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited which is a licensed and registered company based in Gibraltar, under company number RGL. 125.
I found Hot Streak is secure and your data is protected by a HTTPS connection and SSL encryption, which at the time of making these Hot Streak reviews, was backed by a certificate from Google Trust Services. They also do a great job of complying with transparency requirements - you can read documents relating to safer gambling, fair games, general terms and conditions, sports betting rules, privacy, and cookie usage.
If you get stuck and need help, try the live chat first. I tested this 4-5 times at different parts of the day, and found the service to be great. You can speak to an AI chatbot to start, and it was able to help me with several queries. However, if you get stuck, just click on the “Live Chat” button within the chat to speak to a human.
Hot Streak also has an FAQ section with a load of info about payments, betting, and promos, and there is email support too. I sent several email support tickets, and the reply time was slower compared to the live chat - averaging around 2-4 hours for a reply. Still, this is fast compared to email support on other bookmakers, which tends to take around 24 hours to reply.
I typically use Visa for payments so I was pleased to see this as one of the supported methods alongside Trustly, PayPal, Google Pay, Mastercard, and MuchBetter. Just be aware that payment methods can differ for each customer, so you might see more or less options. The deposit process was easy - you can get started with as little as £10, there’s no deposit fees, and the payments were processed instantly.
Withdrawal processing is a little slower, as they can take 48 hours to process your request, and then it can take 1-5 days for any money to go into your account. I made a handful of withdrawals and typically got the funds within 2-3 business days.
I wanted to make sure that Hot Streak is reliable, so I looked at the desktop site usability, and the availability of mobile betting. In summary, the desktop site is excellent, but I wasn’t able to find a dedicated mobile app.
I’m a fan of the desktop site at Hot Streak - it’s not too overwhelming, and I like how they’ve spaced the different bookmaker elements. If you’re familiar with online betting sites, you’ll recognize the left-to-right layout. On the left, you’ve got your sports categories, in the middle, the betting info, and on your right, your betslip. This gives you a straightforward left-to-right flow when making your bets. I think they’ve worked hard to space the massive amount of info evenly too, and the site never felt cluttered. Page speeds were great on Chrome and Opera, and I like how you can search directly for specific betting items such as leagues, teams, or players.
I presume that a Hot Streak app will come in time, but right now when I created my Hot Streak ratings, I only found an app for the online casino and their DFS site. I expect that the bookmaker app is still in development. Although there isn’t an app, I was able to use my Hot Streak login on a mobile browser, and the site worked fine. It has a mobile-responsive layout that shrinks to fit on your smaller screen. From my testing, I was still able to do everything I could on the main site, including managing my account, making deposits, and placing bets.
I hope you've found my Hot Streak review useful and you have all the info you need to make an informed decision of whether to give it a try or not. I highly rate this UK online bookies and think it’s got all of the features to be one of the better sites.
I want to see a mobile app added, and I think they need to improve the withdrawal processing times. But, other than that, the sports variety and betting availability is superb, and this is complemented by the excellent site usability. To get signed up and try it for yourself, use the links and banners I’ve put on this page and remember to get your £20 free bet welcome bonus.
Yes! By signing up using the banners on this page, and then making an initial £10 bet and washer on qualifying sports, you can get £20 in free bets.
Yes! I found live betting markets for virtually every sport they support. The live betting section is detailed too, as you’ve got a load of in-game stats to look at, plus a cool game render that shows you the flow of play if you can’t watch the action via live streaming.
Hot Streak is a UK online bookmaker. If you use the links on this page, you can sign up to the site, deposit some GBP, and then place wagers on a ton of different sports markets including football, basketball, and tennis.
It is, as it has a gambling license from the UK Gambling Commission - license number 57869. I’m also happy that it is transparent and offers solid site security.
