Helpful customer service
Customer service isn’t exactly Sporting Bet’s strong suit, but the mobile experience makes it go down a bit better. Naturally, the online sportsbook’s customer service representatives are only active between 9 am and 9 pm, which gives room for improvement. With the mobile web experience, live chat is a chore, requiring you to keep your browser open to receive updates from the bot, or occasionally, the human agent on the other end.
With the mobile app, however, you get push notifications for every message, making it easy to keep track of your queries. The office hours are still 9 am to 9 pm, but at least you know when someone has attended to your query this time without having to re-login; it makes all the difference.
