The 12:30 kick-off on Saturday is between Arsenal and Bournemouth and the bookies have this priced up as a pretty one sided affair. Arsenal have opened up as your 1/5 favorites to win at home with the draw being available at 11/2, and a Bournemouth win is a whopping 12/1. This probably does explain the mammoth task Bournemouth have on their travels to the Emirates this Saturday but they do play some good football at times and could cause Arsenal problems on a going day.
Ultimately though Arsenal are going to be very tough to beat. The price of 1/5 is a little too short to punt, however do I have a betting suggestion for you that holds a little more value which ill bring to you at the end of the article
This season Arsenal have seemingly upped their games once again and are going to be very difficult to beat here at the Emirates. They currently sit at the top of the table 1 point ahead of Manchester City and could extend that to 4 points with a win in the early kick off. Their closest rivals in the League this season are Man City who will have two games in hand over Arsenal, at least until Saturday afternoon anyway so Arsenal will want to ensure they keep the pressure on here and will be very hard to beat at home.
Bournemouth may not have a squad full of Champions League quality but they are enjoying a fine season in 10th and come into this off the back of wins over both Brighton and Wolves so they will certainly have plenty of confidence heading into this game. That may not quite be enough though as they attempt to take on an outfit like Arsenal, but I think they have enough quality to still cause the league leaders some problems. They will however need to be firing on all cylinders to get something out of this game.
The head to heads are heavily in Arsenal's favour which isn’t surprising when you look at where both teams have been over the past few years and it is likely to go Arsenal's way again. Bournemouth haven’t beaten Arsenal since 2018 so they need a change of events to win this despite playing good football of late and this should be a good game to watch.
The early kick off is going to be a brilliant game to watch especially with Arsenal trying to keep up the pace at the top of the table. They have won the last 4 meetings between the two sides and are now arguably playing even better football than when they had met previously so it just makes this task even harder for Bournemouth. A great game to watch either way.
Although this game looks like it could be quite one-sided, I do think there is some value to be found in the correct score market. Arsenal are very short to win in 90 minutes but they have been relentless in front of goal lately and I could see them scoring a few against Bournemouth, i’ll use the correct score market for my betting suggestion.
I’m really looking forward to Saturday’s early kick off and even though I think this looks to be quite one sided, I do think we can find some value in the game. Bournemouth have been playing some solid football this season but beating Arsenal looks quite unlikely nonetheless. Arsenal have been firing on all cylinders but they have been known to struggle under the pressure and will need to be switched on for the full 90 minutes.
Bournemouth may start well but ultimately come the end of the game I expect Arsenal to have scored plenty against their visitors. With so many attacking options and so much creativity within the team, I can see Arsenal winning 3-0 and you can get a decent price of 7/1 for this outcome. A tense game for the home team but an early goal will settle those nerves.
