8th-place Manchester United travel to the South Coast to face off against a 10th-place Brighton side. Both sides have arguably fallen short of their high expectations this season, so will be keen to end the season with a victory.
Robertgo De Zerbi
Brighton were rocked with the news that hugely popular manager Roberto De Zerbi would be leaving the club at the end of the season. The reasons for this have yet to be fully disclosed, but the Italian will be hoping to end his short, but successful stint on a high.
A culmination of injuries and fixture backlog due to European commitments have seen Brighton slip down the table, although four points from Newcastle and Aston Villa added some spark to a dwindling season.
While technically this is a dead rubber for the Seagulls, they'll be keen to ensure they finish above rivals Crystal Palace yet again.
Underwhelming United
After crashing out of the Champions League in the group stages, Manchester United have been equally disappointing in the league and currently occupy eighth place. A good performance as rare as a blue moon saw Eric Ten Haag's side defeat Newcastle United 3-2, although had VAR been used properly, the scoreline could well have been different.
However, the under-pressure Dutch manager wouldn't care one jot as his side arrested a run of three games without a win. If Newcastle fail to get a result at Brentford, the Red Devils can move above Eddie Howe's side with a victory.
