Aston Villa make the short trip to Portman Road to face Premier League new boys Ipswich on Sunday afternoon. Ipswich have yet to win a match in their first five games, whereas Aston Villa are flying under Unai Emery, and sit just one point off first place.
Ipswich are winless since returning to the Premier League. Fortunately for Kieran McKenna, his team have been able to pick up three points from draws. As a result, they sit 17th after five games with three sides only picking up a single point.
But this can't go on if they are to remain in the Premier League next campaign. The longer that first victory evades them, the more difficult it'll be for McKenna to rally his troops.
However, draws against Fulham and Brighton have been promising, and they weren't scared to try and play their usual game against Man City - which saw them take the lead. Confidence is key, but so is concentration at this level.
Not only did Unai Emery take Aston Villa back into the Champions League, but he's proving that wasn't a one-off season in the early stages of this campaign. Winning four of their five Premier League matches, as well as winning on the road in the Champions League, Villa are one of the most dangerous sides to face at present.
So far, they've won all four away games across three different competitions. Having already beaten newly promoted Leicester City, Emery's squad will believe they can replicate that result against the Tractor Boys on Sunday.
You have to go back to 2019 the last time these two sides met, where Aston Villa came out on top 2-1 in the Championship. Now both in the big time, the two sides have completely different ambitions come the end of the season - and that could be telling on the pitch.
Goals have been the issue so far for Ipswich, who have scored just three goals in their five matches - only Southampton have scored less (two). Samy Morsy rescued a late point against the Saints last time out, but McKenna can't rely on these kind of moments throughout the season if they are to stay up.
Ipswich need their strikers to adapt to the Premier League - and quickly. Liam Delap scored vs Fulham and is trusted to lead the line, and the former Man City striker may well have that responsibility again on Sunday.
Aston Villa certainly don't have the same issue as Ipswich. With ten goals in their opening five matches, as well as five across two Champions League and EFL Cup games, Emery's side are operating incredibly well in the final third.
Forward Jhon Duran, who looked as though he was on his way out of the club in the summer, has scored three goals in his last four matches - including a goal of the season contender against Everton.
The main concern Aston Villa currently face is keeping clean sheets. The only one they have kept so far this season came against Young Boys, who are bottom of the Swiss Super League.
They've rallied well to come from behind against both Wolves and Everton, but that isn't sustainable every week with their hectic schedule, and they'll need to be more resilient defensively.
An intriguing encounter awaits us on Sunday afternoon between Ipswich and Aston Villa at Portman Road, with the hosts scrambling to get their first win of the season on the board.
A win could catapult Aston Villa into first spot if results go their way over the weekend and Emery will fancy his chances against winless Ipswich.
However, it won't be quite as easy as some will predict. Ipswich have held three teams to date, as well as forcing Liverpool into a strong second half on the opening day of the season. Aston Villa have looked sharp in the final third, but the lack of clean sheets is concerning - and an area McKenna will be keen to exploit.
Aston Villa's "luck" will eventually run out if they can't sort out their defence - but this doesn't look the fixture to disrupt their rhythm. Ipswich have more winnable games on the horizon, and this won't define their season.
Having said that, they've looked dangerous at home. Their last gasp equaliser against Southampton will have boosted confidence, and they can look to add a fourth goal to their tally. However, Aston Villa can't stop scoring, and keeping them quiet will be extremely difficult.
With that in mind, my bet builder this week is for Aston Villa to win and both teams to score at 13/5 with bet365. Good luck to those who follow my selection.
